Lets get straight to the basics, shall we?

Adventure Mode

In the single-player Adventure Mode, Samus embarks on a quest to find powerful relics (Octoliths) left behind by an ancient warrior culture called the Alimbics. But Samus isn't the only bounty hunter on this mission. Along the way, she'll have to fight off the galaxy's most elite hunters who hope to harness the power for themselves.

* Hone your skills and unlock bounty hunters for use in Multiplayer Mode by completing the single-player adventure.
* Explore multiple stages collecting Octoliths, and prevent other bounty hunters from stealing them along the way.
* Engage in brutal boss battles at the conclusion of each stage.
* Classic Metroid puzzle-solving is mixed with intense shooting action for an all-new Metroid experience.
* All new, gorgeous FMV (Full Motion Video) sequences that drive the story as you progress.

Multiplayer. Currently every Metroid Prime enthusiasts' favorite mode.

Multiplayer Modes

Here is a quick overview of the seven modes of play in Metroid Prime Hunters, available in both local and online play.

Battle -- Anything goes in Battle Mode, where your goal is to eliminate your opponents in a timed deathmatch. Rack up more kills than your competitors to score a victory.

Survival -- In Survival Mode, you begin the game with a limited number of lives. The goal is simple -- drain your enemies' stock of lives before your own runs out and be the last hunter standing.

Bounty -- Fight for the possession of an Octolith and be the first hunter to deliver it to the drop point to succeed in Bounty Mode. This is pure bounty hunting at its finest.

Defender -- Defender is how bounty hunters play King of the Hill. Secure the designated area and accumulate points while you are the only hunter to occupy it.

Prime Hunter -- Gain the coveted enhanced powers of the Prime Hunter, and see how long you can keep them while the competition tries to end your reign. Keep Prime Hunter status the longest to win.

Capture The Flag -- Your goal in Capture Mode is to raid the enemy team's territory and steal their precious Octolith. Score when both Octoliths are safe at your base.

Nodes -- Explore the arena to find Node Rings, and earn points while they are under your control. The hunter who reaches the point goal first will win the match.

Multiplayer Features: Up to 20 multiplayer maps and 7 game modes (second post). Multiplayer bots will be available in LAN play (DS to DS) but not in online play (Nintendo WFC). Bots will also be available if you have no other DS to connect to nor a WiFi connection. (But we all know it's better to play with other humans. ;D)

Online multiplayer will feature the much talked about VoIp (Voice Over IP).
Allowing players to chat with one another (with their voices of course) in online lobbies before and after multiplayer matches.

LAN multiplayer will host 2 - 4 players from one game card.

Miscellaneous:

Here are a few of the other brand new features as well as extra info about Metroid Prime Hunters.

Mission file 791019: takes place between Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. So Samus has the Varia Suit from Echoes, but she's piloting the ship from Prime 1.

Rival Radar: Sometimes referred to as "Bark Mode" which is a Nintendogs multiplayer feature. Rival Radar requires your DS system to be on as the game searches for other players around you (not online) that are looking to take part in multiplayer matches.

Hunter License: Tracks every single thing that can be tracked in your game. Your license tracks how many steps you've taken in the single player adventure, as well as how many times you've disconnected from an multiplayer match.

- It tracks the distance you've walked through the game, how many headshots you've had, how long you've played the game, what your favorite hunter is, what your favorite gun is, the arena where you've won the most ... It also tracks cool things like alt form kills and biped kills.

- Everyone starts out on the same page with 100%, and as you disconnect from multiplayer matches the percentage will lower. Before you start a game with someone you can see the Connection Percentage and decide if you want to play with that person. But the cool thing is that if you get ejected from legitimately losing your connection, it won't affect your Connection Percentage.

First timers can track their stats as well as other players' stats and even discuss the game in forums at nintendowifi.com

Metroid Prime Hunters hits stores on March 20th.
(Most retailers will not display the game until the 21th or the 22th, so I'd advise most of you to pre-order the game now!)

See you online! >;D

Personally I wanna know if they will have headsets or not even though they are practically pointless unless your playing in the same building. I know nintendo will make them but when.

Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing today as I was looking at the headphone jack.

There wouldn't be a picture of a headset with a mic attached if Nintendo wasn't planning something.

I hope they show us soon..

Either they will pop it up real soon like this week or will probably see some sign of it E3 but then they might keep it a secret cause it has some speacial function LIKE YOU CAN CONTROL CGAMES WITH YOUR TONUGUE. SHWEEET
