• Personality :: Ryuu tends to be quiet and nonchalant. Some people say he is just lazy, but he doesn't seem to refer to it as that. Although he tries to be more of a pacifist, in dire times he can step up to the occasion. He is a carefree person that keeps his mind balanced. It is rare to see him bewildered in emotion nor action.
• Likes :: Ryuu is fond of sleeping, although it is a problem of his. You can find him lazing in trees, park benches, or in the grass in some random place. He loves to listen to music and has a pair of headphones he always carries around with him. His favorite food are lolipops.
• Dislikes :: He dislikes it when people awake him from his slumber. As well as disliking his Zanpakutous demeanor. He also dislikes constant pestering by people that seem obnoxious to him. He loathes when people mess with his headphones. They are very precious to him. Besides that he can careless for whatever people do.
• Biography :: Ever since he was young he has kept the same general nature around him. An anti-social quiet boy. He was tutored in his house throughout his life. After tutoring he would either simply go into his backyard where he would admire the scenery, or go in his room and listen to music. His two parents were two wealthy lawyers who tended to spoil him. He kept his slim physique by working out occasionally and his high metabolism. Ryuu found education boring, due to him being excelled at that subject. He wasn't 'strong' in a sense of power.
When he was 14 his dad gave him a pair of yellow headphones. He kept them and treasured them. Due to the fact that his parents rarely paid attention to him it meant a lot for him when they gave him that gift. After that he carried them around wherever he went.
When he was about to turn 18 his house from 'unknown' circumstances was ignited and burn down while the family was sleeping. After wandering around the city as a soul he was sent to the SS. Where after was acknowledged with his skills was brought in to the academy. It took him a while to adjust to being in a an area that wasn't his house, but quickly adapted.
After rigorous training he was sent into squad 10 in which they defend the human world. He became friends with the squad leader and looked up to him as a older brother. However one night the captain fell into a sickness. After a long 5 days of fighting the sickness he succumbed leaving the squad in Ryuus' care.
Ryuu took his job as captain very seriously attempting everyday to exceed his past captain. In which he eventually did. After working in the real world multiple times to fight hollow he quickly became Captain material. However after running into an incident similar to the one that occured many, many, many years ago he was consumed by the hollow and in conclusion was transformed into what people call a Vizard.
Unable to face his squad in which showed high respect for him he left without a word. Disappearing the SS without a trace.

>Shounetsujigoku [Burning Hell] - In this technique the blades of the kusarigama heat up to an extreme temperature. Burning all objects that come in contact with them. (With exceptions.) The steam of the blades is not restrained to stay on the blades and tends to dance around the chains as well. It can harm the opponent.
>Mikadzuki [New Moon] - In this move small white orbs of spirit energy resonate off of the weapon. The white orbs glow instantaneously producing a blinding light and shoot by trios at the opponent.
>Hanafuda [Flower Cards] - In this technique a mass of hanafuda surround him and block an oncoming attack. Especially for Cero and Bala. If it is a weaker Kidō there is a possibility of reflecting the attack.
>Mangetsu [Full Moon] - The shikai spins around the enemy rapidly. Constraining the enemy while sucking out there reiatsu and transiting it to Ryuu.
>Eiki [Phases of the Moon] - In this move his shikai is spun rapidly around him creating a whistling noise. While the shikai is being spun it creates a kido affect that is in comparison to Shibireyubi. It paralysis the opponent.

>Nisshoku [Solar Eclipse] - The area around the opponent suddenly disappears and is replaced with a bright open space in which there is only the sun. The sun seems to get closer and the area around the opponents sets ablaze. A mass of hearts and diamonds cards swirl around the opponent each individually lit. Slowly getting closer until burning the enemy alive.
>Gesshoku [Lunar Eclipse] - The area around the opponent turns pitch black with nothing but the moon. It is dead silent and through the air quickly fly spades and clubs. They envelop the light and then quickly cut the opponent multiple times. Until it results in death due to loss of blood.
>Kagennotsuki [Waning Moon] - The cards surround Ryuu and cover him completely. After that he uses shunpo in order to create 10 clones of himself. They last until killed or released by Ryuu.
>Ikijigoku [Living Hell] - In this ability cards are placed/thrown in multiple places. Can suspend in air, however cannot move. In which out of them shoots a sword. Can be used to either support in giving Ryuu a weapon. Or kill, by cutting the person who is unaware of the card around them.
