Tomio is a very laid-back individual who, apparently, has no sense of time whatsoever. Careless, in fact, almost to the extreme.He is always late and even seems to delight in this fact.
He has a number of weird and quirky behavioural patterns (including his continuous note-taking, and his 'sonic hearing') which, when asked he generally puts down to 'Quantum Effects', or 'the Mysteries of Life'. He also likes to take notes about everything....and I mean EVERYTHING. This, possibly, has something to do with his inherent curiosity, or just his infamously bad memory. Or so he says....
While he is generally thought of as being against authority, he really is an adamant supporter of it, so long as it doesn't have anything to do with him.
He is quick-minded and can come up with solutions to problems almost instantaneously, but does not always divulge these, often choosing to let others find things out the hard way and amusing himself by watching them.
Not that he is cold-hearted, he simply believes everyone should find their own way, and not rely on tips and hints from others. Though, if the situation should be so, he is the first person to come to give aid.

☉Aoi no Hikari(Blue Light)
Aoi is a creature with a dual personality. One Tomio calls 'Light', the other he calls 'Dark'. All in all, 'Light' is a nice, if somewhat shy girl who is innocent to the border of complete stupidity. She is easy to get along with and is very helpful and kind.
On the other hand, 'Dark' is a rather scary creature who has a sadistic set of mind and delights in pulling painful and, at times, sick jokes on people, including Tomio. Tomio has sworn that when Aoi becomes 'Dark' she can, quote "...scare the sh*t outta me...", end quote.

Akio's three-pronged weapon changes in the blink of the eye into a shotgun.

»Abilities and Attacks:
• Offense :
A round of 15 long, silver darts that are connected to one another by reiatsu threads. Once entangled, the opponent cannot use full kido force (only up to a number half of the highest numbered spell) for a period of 3 posts.
Cool-down time of 5 posts per full round.
• Offense :
A round of 10 bullets which explode on contact. The blast power of these explosions is a tenth of a normal cero.
Cool-down time of 8 posts per round.
• Offense :
A single shot which comprises of a heat-seeking 'missile' as long as a finger and about half as thick. This silvery dart opens into a flower-like form, like a lily, and follows anything that is of the temperature of the object it had originally been aimed at.
Cool-down time of 10 posts per shot.
• Passive :
A single shot which comprises of a listening device that remains incorporeal until it hits the solid target in which it will being transmission. As such, the device, which looks like a silver needle, is implanted without any outward sign of intrusion.
This device may be nullified by a lightning strike into the object that contains it, or by completely obliterating it (and its host)...

»Weapon Description: Tomio's katana splits into three blades connected in a ring, which is where this form of the weapon is to be held. His outfit also becomes armoured, like that of a samurai warrior.

• Defense :
Tomio can render himself immaterial, that unaffected by either touch and temperature for very short period of time. (A maximum of 3 posts).
However, he must consequently remain solid for twice as long afterwards. (A maximum of 6 posts).
• Offense :
While in the above incorporeal state, Tomio is able to pass his katana through solid objects and may even materialise it in a solid object, making this attack a sly move on his part.
• Offense :
The three-bladed star can be pulled into a shield.

☉Aoi Denki
Tomio's samurai-like blue armour now shifts and moulds even closer onto him, making him look more and more like a cyborg. So much so, that parts of his body become completely merged with the metal covering him, and, for example, his spine emerges from his body.

»Appearance: The sinews attached to his spine now elongate and appear outide of his body.

»Weapon Weight: This increases his weight threefold due to the density of the merged with metal.

• Defense/Power :
Tomio's muscles, sinews, and bones become infused with the metal of his zanpaktou and thus become very durable, and his movements become stronger with increased stamina. His power and stamina become on par with that of Yasutora Sado.
• Offense :
The wires coming out of Tomio's spine are now capable of shooting miniature cero-like energy blasts (tenth of a normal cero) in any direction. He may shoot 50 of these, with a cool-down time of 3 posts.
• Offense :
Tomio may also conduct blue electricity along the lengths of the wires coming out of his back. These he can wrap around his opponent and electrocute them.
Cool-down time of 5 posts.

Tomio was born into the Human World in the 50's. His father was a drunken former officer in the Japanese army, who was disenchanted, to say the least,
from the world after having seen the defeat of Japan during the world war. His mother was a woman who worked very hard to make ends meet and to support her talented son.
Her talented son, Tomio was an artist. But whether he truly was an artist on par with the likes of Rafaello, Leonardo, and Michelangelo remains to be seen,
as Tomio was run over in a hit-and-run accident on his way to his first exhibition during 1964 which was to be held in the cafe of a friend of the family.
For the record, Tomio's exhibition was an unrivalled flop.
