Welcome to the Surf and Sun shack. We're a club/sorority house, that offers housing for college students interested in joining our little anime, extreme sports,gun and other things club. Come and live with us, we accept all.
Anime: Yaoi, Yuri, Sailor Moon, pokemon, etc. We don't turn away anime fans not into the same as us, you're all accepted.
offers: We offer, free Wi-fi,water, heat, AC, etc.
Room rentals go for $40 a month.(We understand the costs of college, and everything else is paid for. Got to keep food in the house.)
All new members go through initiation without them knowing.
Rules:
1) Do not judge others for their choice of what they like or sexuality.
2) Keep the house tidy.
3) Third Floor is off limits to patrons.
4)Keep drama out of the house.
5)Know thy guns, know how to shoot.
6) Thou shalt not Snitch. (nobody likes a tattle tail.)
We are mostly surfers so if you like to surf, you'll fit right in.
History: Rico Cortez built and owns this here pent house way back when he went to the college this home offers housing to. He has left his younger brother Tobi Cortez as the house head. It is complete with two master bedrooms, one on the third floor(Rico's for him and his wife's weekend visits) and one on the first floor, of which is Tobi's(We recomend you knock on his door before entering.). It also has three master bathrooms, on all three floors, for the use of patrons(be sure to knock before gonig in). There are a number of medium sized bedrooms, three on the first floor and more on the Second floor. These rooms will be where you stay. The bedrooms(besides the two master bedrooms) are shared via roommate style. There is a very large kitchen where the meals are cooked and you can hang out in. The house has a large front and backyard, due to the land it is built on being owned by Rico.
Backyard: Oak planked deck, complete with an inground pool that goes from 4 feet to 18feet(18 beeing the deep end).
Now the basement room. This is a large gaming room complete with a mini bar, two pool tables, a 65" plasma flat screen mounted on the wall, a large semicircle coach, a Blue ray player, PS3 XBox360, and several desk top computers. Hope you enjoy it down here.

Bio: Tobi is the sorority founder's younger brother, who will deny what his friends that also room in the house would call a "Uke." due to his sexuality being not so much on the downlow. He enjoys surfing and when his brother visits the house for the weekends. he took up Marine Biology due to his love of the ocean, and surfing. He is the third best on the sorority's dodgeball team, his brother holding the title of number 1, even though he has graduated from the college three years ago.

Apperance:  Name: Haku Yuki (Japanese for 'White Snow') Race: White/ Mixed with some type of Asain. Dunno which though. Age: 23 Major: Masters in Literature, currently working on Sociology. Hobbies: Reading, Observing others, Drawing, Watching the babes, being with others. Sports: Tennis, Volleyball, Track and Field. Personality: Calm, Smart, Very friendly, Defencive of others Sexuality:Most can't guess, but Heterosexual. (Straight) Favorite Anime/Manga: Bleach, Freezing, Naruto, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan, Hellsing. Status: Completely Free Bio: A smart guy that doesn't really know what to do with his life. Haku walks up the the House that lies before him. He has bags full of close in both hands. He peers at the house and closes his eyes, he can hear the ocean, such a wonderful noise. The calming crashing of the waves, Haku just wanted to sleep right there. Although he shook his head to bring in back into reality. "Bah, lets do this."
Haku walks in the doors and says outloud, "Hello? Anyone here? I heard this is a sactuary for College students?"
He stands at the doorr and leans around looking for someone else.

Rin Kimaki appearance- age- 18 major- criminal investigation, everything from forensics to finding out the cause of death. basically she's a one man investigation department. from stolen property to murders. hobbies- her job no one knows sports- none personality- friendly, mentally strong, relaxed, sexuality- straight favorite anime and manga- hetalia, hell girl, corpse party, rabbit doubt, nichijou, fmab, status- she doesn't know completely bio- she is quite a mysterious girl. she disappears and reappears all the time. she is difficult to keep track of. she always pulls through on stuff. she isn't very good at any sports so she doesn't like any of them. so people fear her a little. she has a mysterious job and no one still doens't know what it is. Rin came here because it's close to where her job has been taking place at recently. she has three brothers older than her who are her bosses. they are very fast and love the fast life they pick her up and drop her off. sometimes she barely gets out of the car alive. Plus there is their friend who comes to pick her up some times.

Haku looks behind himself and then points to himself, "Me? Cool beans." He picks up his stuff. Haku follows behind the new man, Tobi. "Uhh...Hi there....That was easy. Name is Haku Yuki. Uhhh, this place seems pretty impressive."Haku runs his eyes down the man that showing him the way. He was taking mental notes of him, what he says, how he walks. Haku was already having a field day on his studies.

tobi stopped at the kitchen table and picked up a packet of papers that were to be signed by new patrons, complete with a list of activities for select days. "Nice to meet you, Haku. Yeah, this place is pretty impressive, my older brother built it himself. You should see our swimming pool out back, it goes from four feet to eightteen feet, the eightteen feet being the deep end. You'll love it here." He said as he handed Haku the papers and rushed over to where he left his movie case of the yaoi he was watching out in the open and hid it. "I'm hoping you enjoy it here." He said, as he looked back to Haku.

A car goes full speed and comes to a screeching halt and then speeds away. when the dust clears a girl is sitting dazed and confused in the dirt. "!! hey wait my... aw, damn what's even the use they threw me basically out of the car." she gets up and brushes off and walks in the house "h-hello???" her voice comes out shaky "any body here...."

Haku looks at the papers, As he starts he notices Tobi's quick movements.
"The hell..? Kinda weird... Nevermind." After a few minuites of signing his soul away he finishes up the paper work. He hands the paper work over and then pulls out his wallet. "Uhh.... I'll made an andvance payment for 3 months I suppose."
Pulls out $120.
"Wheres that pool you mentioned...? I like pools..."

((It's not an abandoned shack it's a pent house building. There really isn't any dust, it's well taken care of.)) Tobi
Tobi nods at Haku's jester. "Thanks, but that isn't really necessary, but it'll go to the house fund thing." He says to him as he takes it and places it in an envelope. He then walks back over to the front door and sees the girl. "What's with all the yelling, this place isn't abandoned. Are you looking for rooming?" He said to the girl, then he called back to Haku. "The pool is out back. take the second door on the right in the kitchen. I'll show you to your room when you've finished checking the place out." He turned to the girl and motioned her to follow him into the kitchen.

He joined the military program within the college to learn extras such as military based jobs. He's training as a diver for the Air Force.

He turned to the girl and motioned her to follow him into the kitchen.As Takeshi walks down this long road with a traveling bag on his back. hes sees this side road that goes towards the ocean. *maybe theres shelter down there and if there isn't i make my own by the beach so takeshi starts to go down that side road to find a surprise he found a nice looking shack. he see the light on so he starts to walk up the steps to the door and knocks and waits patiently for someone to answer.
