Please call me Syn or some other nickname, my username is a little long D: I'm not quite sure what to include in this introduction so I'll make it a little art related and a little personal, spoilered for your convenience :3
Artsy-Side
I'm primarily a self-taught visual artist. Never took an art class in high school, not in something I still do anyway, but I'm coming to the end of of my second college level art class. Stylistically, I love semi-realistic/realistic fantasy, dark/gothic themed pieces, and cute, chibi characters so that's where I get most inspiration from and how I aspire to make my work look. Though I haven't done such a great job so far ^ ^;;

And I think there are already too many examples in this post so I'm calling it quits...
Person-Side
Well, lets see... I'm an aspiring computer science major who tends to jump around from hobby to hobby. I have a to-do list abut a mile long containing both things I want to do and things that need to be done. Pretty much I'm a procrastinator... I'll try any food twice, has OAS but is tying to eat more fresh fruits/veggies and nuts. Enjoys j-pop/rock, k-pop, and top 40s hits for the most part. Loves Pokemon, over-priced beverages (Starbucks, Jamba Juice, sweet/fruity alcoholic beverages), sushi, collecting things, Skelanimals, cooking, gaming, Legos, /rambles on...

Oh my, friendly little kitty! whee I think you're doing very well, being self taught is tough and takes a lot of dedication. Hopefully being in a guild will help you refine your style, because you've definitely got the right mind. You seem to be very proficient with markers, as well! So smooth!
And that travel poster is so cool! * O *
On the person-side, it sounds like we're interested in a lot of similar things, though I don't drink alcohol. Nothing against it, I'm just paranoid about getting drunk and doing something embarrassing; you could call it a personal issue haha. But man, Pokemon is a huge deal to me, haha. I don't do tournaments or anything, but I love them to death; they're a lot of fun to draw, too.
I like the cat picture, it's silly, in a good way. smile Great work on the texture of the wood. My only critique is a perspective issue concerning the floor tiles, but that's it. And I have to agree with Mimi on the travel poster, I absolutely love it! It has that retro-SciFi poster look that I've always enjoyed.
I'm quite fond of pokemon too. And gaming. And definitely Legos.
All in all, I'm interested to see what direction you choose to take your art in. ^..^

Nice to meet you wink, and computer science is that like being a programmer?
