This is where dorms are(should be) held.

School meetings are held here.
Off Campus
This is where you don't have to be in school. Places of such would be like a carnival.
Outside of School
Almost like Off Campus, but not the same. These are areas near to the school, such as a garden, for example.
Town
Simply put, the town. Areas here would be stores, spas, and whatever you can imagine in a town.
