Yes, I know just about everyone wants to be staff, but not everyone is suited for the job. Job? Yes, it is a job since it requires a lot of work. Here is what is expected of a crew member here in this guild:
-Getting at least 3 people to join and make a profile a week.
-Starting new threads to role play in when things seem slow.
-Post at least 12 times a week in the guild.
-Have two active characters.

Most people call me either Rose or Bev.
How long have you been Role Playing?
About eight years now.
How would you get people to join the guild?
Well, I join roleplays regularly. When I find people who are literate roleplayers, I'd invite them just as I would a friend. I may lack a little in the making people join department though, as I'm hideous at publicity and have little time to contribute to looking for good RPers every week.

Why should I promote you?
I've already been promoted, But the reason I feel that I should keep my promotion is because I'm experienced and dedicated to guilds, always aiming to make things better. Plus, I hear I'm a great peacemaker which every hierarchy needs. XP
