I'm thinking this is where we'll have like a list of techniques that aren't area / guild specific that anyone can learn if they meet the reqs.

Also where there will be like little hyperlink guides to stuff around the guild. Like an index. Just a sort of "Looking for something that isn't a rule? Come here" sort of thread.
