■ (One) Power: Purification. She can purify things with her horn, which might be annoying to anyone who wants to "Spike" the punch. How she purifies is her horn secretes a liquid which looks like she's sweating, and all she has to do is bend her head over whatever needs to be purified, and a few drops is all it takes to return it to normal. For purifying air, the sweat turns to mist. She can also purify wounds, which enables them to heal faster. But even that has its drawbacks, she has to wear a hat, not only because she's shy about her horn, but because it also acts like a sweatband and keeps her dry, or else it looks like she's crying or like I mentioned before sweating profusely. That and it looks rather disgusting, which turns people off to the idea of her purifying things.

■ Personality: She is very shy, sweet, caring and considerate. Her timidness makes her what people call 'adorkable'. But she's easily hurt, and doesn't really know the difference between someone joking, and someone being serious. She also has a tendency to over react to certain situations, especially the negitive ones, either by freaking out, or by withdrawing into herself, and shutting herself away from others. She doesn't get angry easily, infact not even her own parents have seen her angry. That's because she tries to keep her anger, basically all her negitiveness inwards, which isn't a good thing because when she does get angry, she blacks out, and when she comes to, something is either broken, or she's hurt herself. But that has only happened once.

■ Clothing STYLE: Una wears oversized baggy clothes due to the imbalance that her body currently is. Scrawny unicorn legs, oversized hoofs, they're much bigger than her humanoid half.

■ Relationship with Family: She isn't as close to her Dam as she'd like to, but she's a Sire's Fawn.
■ Key Family / Relatives: She has a half brother named Lir, but no one knows where he is, since her Sire sent him away after she was born.

Biography
■ History: Una's lived in Tír na nÓg since birth, and only on one occasion has she left the protective veils to see what was out there. She was still a young fawn then, she left the veil one day and came across a young human girl singing by a stream. Enchanted by her singing, she came over to her, the girl was at first terrified, but they quickly became friends, playing in the meadow together, and sleeping underneath a tree. But then Una's Dam came for her, and she had to leave her friend and go home. But the next day her time she went back to play more, but found out that her little friend had suddenly aged quickly, becoming an old woman who had, since their last play date, came back to the very same tree in hopes to see her again. It would be the last time Una would see her friend again, because that very day, the old woman passed away in her sleep, after Una had laid down with her like before. Her first friend. It saddened Una, and even though she had other friends in Tír na nÓg, she would never forget her first friend. It was also that day she realized life never lasted forever, that one day... it would be gone, leaving only memories of its existence, but even then they would disappear. This Depressened Una for a while, until Una's parents thought it time to show their Fawn the world, feeling that she was old enough to have a better understanding of it. So they left Tír na nÓg, and went about the world. And over her travels with them, she attempted to make more friends, but she wasn't in one place long enough to keep them, because her parents would scoop her up, so to speak, and take her to another location, even before she make any real friends.

■ Personal Goals: She would like to be a mother one day, and if she can't find her own special someone, she'd like to open her home to the orphaned creatures/monsters/even humans

Whoooa...okay, so I have to know, have you seen the Last Unicorn graphic novel, or read the book? When I think of Monoceros, I think of this guy - the first unicorn to have been turned into a human (by Schmendrick's previous master). I know that's probably not the one you're talking about, though. XD I'm curious about this Legend of Monoceros. Mind letting me know if/when you find it, please?

I'll give this girl of yours a proper look over when I have the time. Love unicorns and their mythology. Oh, and I have a quest for one myself, though not quite the same species as your Unathea. Haha, her nickname reminds me of Una from Gargoyles. Watched that?

Hahaha, oh, I know you probably weren't thinking about that particular unicorn when you envisioned Monoceros; I just meant that that's how I pictured him. Since you say that, though, I can only take that to mean that you have your own personal vision of what he's like. Care to share?

I'm really glad to have found someone so deeply interested in unicorn lore as well! I wonder - have you read the trilogy called The Firebringer? (Not to be confused with 'The Fire Bringer, which is about deer.) It's a series by Meredith Ann Pierce and it, like the Last Unicorn book, is pretty old. I have not yet managed to read the actual Last Unicorn novel, but I have read the Firebringer Trilogy which is about Unicorns and their relationships with Wyrms and Griffins.

It's an amazing series - it even explains why more 'modern' unicorns look like horses with horns as opposed to the traditional unicorn with the lion's tufted tail and the cloven hooves, beard, tufted ears, and fetlocks of a goat. If you haven't read it yet, I'd really suggest it (along with the series known as Black Unicorn, Gold Unicorn, Red Unicorn, but that one, oddly enough, isn't as much about unicorns...). Same with Into the Land of Unicorns, though that's a bit more well-known, so you've more-likely read that one.

Also, thank you for telling me that story! I'm honestly shocked that I don't remember anything about it, since I previously would have liked to think myself well-versed in Greek mythology. I really hope our unicorns girls get to interact sometime~
