Here, I will explain things about Bleach just bear with me as I have lost track of things after the Aizen story arc, I will update as I get back into it

Head Captain Shigekuni Genryusai Yamamoto: Deceased
Lieutenant Chijiro Sasakibe: Deceased
Squad 2
Captain: Yoruichi Shihoin: Former, exiled following rescue of Kisuke Urahara
Captain: Soi Fon: still alive
Lieutenant: Marechiyo Omaeda: still alive(unfortunately)
Squad 3
Captain: Gin Ichmaru: Former, left with Aizen
Captain: Rojuro "Rose" Otoroboshi: Returned to Captain after Aizen story arc

Everyone was taken to the Soul Kingdom after a major battle by former Squad 12 Captain Hikifune, Kenpachi FINALLY learns the name of his zanpakuto, Isshin reveals his real name and background(sort of), he was a soul reaper named Isshin Shiba(probably related to Kukaku, Ganju, and Kaien, which probably explains why Ichigo looks like Kaien), he worked with a Quincy named Masaki Kurosaki(name sound familiar?) after an encounter with a hollow created by Aizen, shewas hollowfied, Isshin used his powers to sustain it inside her, they escaped to the physical world and married(she was supposed to marry Ryuken aka Uryu's dad), had Ichigo and the girls, after Masaki's death by Grand Fisher, Isshin slowly gained his powers back so it's revealed that Ichigo is half Soul Reaper and half Quincy and his zanpakuto is actually two weapons, a soul reaper's weapon and a Quincy's. This is from getting caught up

Actually, I think I'll edit the thread saying Spoilers or something. As for Byakuya dying, he was killed by one of the Vandenreich who stole his bankai(stealing Senbonzakura Kageyoshi?! Ouch)

It's in the manga right now but the Japanese version, some websites have translated versions but I would rather wait till Viz translates it and according to Kubo, it's the last story arc

O.k. well spoiler alert, I read the manga and Byakuya is not dead so no need to worry there. The only major characters confirmed dead so far are Kira and Yamamoto. Renji, Rukia, Byakuya and Kenpachi were all badly wounded but are currently being healed.

Renji, Rukia, Byakuya and Kenpachi were all badly wounded but are currently being healed. Wasn't sure about Kira(DAMN! I liked him), said that Byakuya is badly injured and old man Yamamoto is just sad, I'll edit the part about Izuru, Thanks
