Okay guys, we got about a month to go to have everything all finished so that means getting everything done NOW!
Hikari is working on ordering the graphics for our posting so you need to give her what she needs NOW! If you aren't sure then ask!

CONTESTS NEED VOLUNTEERS.
This could be as much as simply taking submissions and posting them in a thread or it could be running a game. You can decide what you are willing to do for the ball, but I need to know NOW!
*Sachie Whitby has already agreed to run a contest/game of her own so now we're looking at the rest of you!
REFER TO HERE FOR THE WHOLE POST ON THESE CONTESTS AND GAMES
Contests: Quote: The CONTESTS will be an art contest, an avatar contest, and an avatar contest. We will also have "best post" awards given out at the end of the event following a theme of genre: comedy, romance and tragedy. We will have awards for the best written (grammatically and creatively), silliest (one that makes no sense or is so horribly wrong that it is funny), funniest (deliberately funny), tragic (something sad, but not gory or violent), and romantic (pg 13 limited.)
Games: Quote: The GAMES will be played in the thread in real time, meaning that the start and end of the games will depend on who is online. They will be run actively, meaning that you will not be able to multitask too heavily during their duration. Any guest playing the games will need prompt replies to questions and you will need to actively be checking that they are following the rules as they post. For this reason, games in the thread will be for downtime when the plot does not need to be moved along or a) when there are not a lot of guests or b) when there are a lot of cohosts.

Im up for taking submissions and Judging any of the contests, however due to my time zone and awkwardness when being flooded by lots of people i don't think i will be much help with the games.

Taking submissions would be a huge help! Will you be able to be one at least a few times a day before the deadlines? Most deadlines will be either Saturday night or Sunday night.
And yes, I have a tektek for everyone except Epcot - that's why I separated the quotations~

I always read quotes like whats above the quotes is what is directed at oneself.
And yes im on gaia every day for one and a half year now i think?
So thats no problem.
If someone gets thread graphics for me i can even host one of the contests.

One more assignment !
The ball is two weeks away so the next two weeks are going to be filled with us getting everything we need finished~
One of those things is a character bio for me to place in the main thread. I need everyone to come up with 3-5 sentences about their character, the book they are from, their personality, their reason for being in this room, anything, and 1-3 sentences about themselves, how long you've been on Gaia, how long you've been with the ball and any other information you'd like to share. I realize this can seem invasive to some who prefer to remain anonymous so if you'd like to keep it to two sentences about your involvement with the ball that is fine, but something is better than nothing. Please have these finished by this weekend.
*note: if I do not get a bio then you won't get one. I won't be writing them for anyone.
