Shinjuku used to be one of Tokyo's busiest of place of all at the time business was running smoothly. But somehow, the outbreak even struck Tokyo, Japan. Japan even had an slight clue that the source of the outbreak must've came from radiation, but scientist couldn't even prove it due to it being too late. Many civilians were killed when this incident, and millions were either injured or dead. But an majority were considered dead due to the epidemic. Tokyo became an abandoned city with empty buildings probably or an wide-spread amount of undead corpses walking around into different corners of Honshu. This of course became the Honshu incident. There's rarely any survivors left in Tokyo, Japan due to the incident that struck lots of families, even relatives in different counties were aware of this. This is an dark time for Japan indeed.
