His first blade does not possess a sheath. The blade of the sword is circular. The blade continues straight from the hilt for about 10cm and then it curls in a perfect circle. The circle is 270 degrees. The blade doesn't end to a point, this blade is not used for stabing, it's used for slicing. This sword is kept within his Shinigami black Komono. The next blade is a simple short dagger. This dagger is only about 50cm long. This is a normal double edged straight dagger. This blade is kept on Titus's hip within a small hilt.
The next sword is a normal Katana. This blade is the normal expected length of a captain's katana. There is nothing strange or abstract about this Zanpakuto.
The last blade Titus carries along with him is a huge blade kept on his back. [[The best comparrison I can think of is Itchigo's released Zanpakuto. Not Bankai, the one he gets when it is curved]]. This blade is kept in a cloth sheath on his back. This blade has a long cloth thread hanging from the bottom of the hilt. When the sword is pulled, the cloth wraps around his arm, covering it completely. When needed he can losen this, using the cloth to throw the Zanpakuto and swing it as he needs. Once the blade is thrown and brought back to his hands, it wraps itself around his arm again, as if it had never left his arm.

When releasing Titus must have all the blades on him. He does not need to touch the blades but they must be on his possession for him to release his Zanpakuto. If he does not have them on him then he cannot release into Shikai.

It's possible to change the colour of the blade and chain also. There are no further side effects other than changing the look.

As in the shikai, Titus can change Moto-o-Shinkaron to any shape or size he needs. In Bankai, this ability has increased in speed, allowing him to change his Zanpakuto a lot faster.
Along with changing the shape of the blade and the chain, Moto-oShinkaron has gained a further ability. It is possible for her to start having a biological effect. As the fight continues the blade will be going under a biological change. The blade will slowly start changing (depending on the fight). For example, the blade can start emitting a foul smelling odour that will repulse many. Or small lesions and boils will start swelling up on the blade and the chain and when burst, will release a foul smelling acid that can errode metal. In a sense, anything can be done. It could be possible for the blades to gain mouths and start talking.
This biological change will slowly start affecting Titus. As he fight goes on, if the blade has many boils on them, then he will start to grow grotesc and start "growing boils" with a very similar nature. This effect takes a large amount of time to take effect. Any biological effect the blade goes under will slowly infect Titus. When Titus is infected with it, it will not go for days, even if the Bankai is sealed.
Zanpakuto Spirit: The spirit usually takes form of a very sensual woman. This woman will always try to flirt and tempt Titus into doing perverted things with her. Shinkaron has a habit of always coming out and taking form. She wil often come out and take form and walk along with Titus anywhere. Even in some fights she sits back and watches the fight outside of the Zanpakuto. When she is out of her Zanpakuto, it can still be used to it's full potential.
