There is DEFINITELY back pain involved, especially with continued use and if the binder is particularly tight. Take caution wearing it for long periods of time (it's recommended to bind less than 8 hours a day by most people), and do NOT forget to take it off before going to sleep! I made that mistake and I had severe back pain for days. Silly me continued binding and I developed pneumonia. Constricting your airway is never a good idea but unfortunately this is the reality for transmen. (or other people who bind. Who am I to judge?)

Nice. smile Does it do a good job of binding? What size/body shape do you have? It might be helpful for some other guys along the way as a kind of binder review, you know?
