• History: Decaer came to be when Cuervo discovered Plagas's tomb, or rather his resting place, and released him from his prison. Plagas had been imprisoned inside of an Aztec temple, thousands of feet beneath the ground suspended in a state of dormant slumber. Despite this, his pathogens had still managed to spread and Cuervo had managed to pinpoint the origin of every epidemic, each one pointing to southern America: all of them tracing lines to that mysterious temple. Plagas gave Cuervo a message. and a mission. "Spread my blessings upon humanity." He said.

[Special Abilities]
• Those that join Decaer are blessed by Plagas. They are immune to disease and can, essentially, vomit the same black substance that he secretes from their mouth. They can do this as a projectile or a stream but only once a day. The black substance also tends to coat their skin, make them oily and harmful to the touch.

Description: The user's blood and bodily fluids are slowly replaced by way of infusions with the black liquid that is secreted by Plagas's body. They can spew it from their mouths or from a cut or puncture wound when injured.
Effect: Causes 10% of the user's highest stat in damage to an opponent when touched or damaged. Each time. This damage cannot be healed or regenrated until the end of the battle or until a cure for poison is administered (must be done again if they are touched or damaged).
Requirements: Join Decaer and infect/kill one PC and 100 potential
