Leader: Grenth
Membership: Gunners and Scholars
Primary Goal: To train people interested in the subtle arts of bringing a person to their knees. Gunners and scholars of the darker arts.
History:


[Ranking]
Death [Rank 4]: Grenth has always been Death. He is an acclaimed killer and his knowledge of some of the darker arts is astounding. Grenth is also one of the most accomplished marksmen in the world. One day someone might unseat him, but it isnt called the Guild of Grenth for nothing.
Reaper [Rank 3]: Reapers are the third ranking within the organization, they are allowed into Grenth's inner circle and taught his most powerful techniques. They gain access to special resources and a command from a Reaper is close to being a command from Grenth himself. Reapers arent creatures who go bump in the night, they're far too silent for that.
Wraith [Rank 2]: Wraiths have risen above the masses of Spooks, they have trained themselves and made themselves something to be feared. They are the things that go bump in the night.
Spook [Rank 1]: The starter rank for everyone in the Guild of Grenth. They are taught the most basic techniques applicable to Scholars or Gunners respectively.

Description: A stronger version of the standard ammunition used by most guns.
Effect: These bullets have harder shells and more focused tips than regular bullets and will give the Gunner a +30 bonus to their gun damage when used.

Description: A stronger version of the standard ammunition used by most guns.
Effect: These bullets have harder shells and more focused tips than regular bullets and will give the Gunner a +80 bonus to their gun damage when used.

Description: This cartridge releases a burst of of many shard like bullets after it is fired.
Effect: These bullets can only be used at close range and will damage a 10 foot cone in front of the user with many smaller rounds. These are much harder to dodge than a regular shot and will require an additional 30 Speed to be dodged.
Limitations: Spook Rank and up, unlimited rounds

Description: This cartridge releases a burst of of many shard like bullets after it is fired.
Effect: These bullets can only be used at close range and will damage a 15 foot cone in front of the user with many smaller rounds. These are much harder to dodge than a regular shot and will require an additional 80 Speed to be dodged.
Limitations: Wraith Rank and up, 20 per battle

Description: This cartridge releases a burst of of many shard like bullets after it is fired.
Effect: These bullets can only be used at close range and will damage a 20 foot cone in front of the user with many smaller rounds. These are much harder to dodge than a regular shot and will require an additional 120 Speed to be dodged.

Description: A shell specifically made to pierce the target and pass all the way through their insides.
Effect: These bullets will cut through defenses easier than any other type because of their tips and will reduce the target's effective Defense by 30 for two posts (does not stack with multiple shots)

Effect: The Gunner can fire twice in a single action, hitting their target with two bullets instead of one. The damage from the two bullets will not stack with each other in full, but the total damage of the attack will receive an additional +4 damage per Level for the effects of the second bullet hitting them in the same spot as well.

Name: Find the Gap

Description: By eyeing up the target and waiting for just the right moment, they can shoot 'em where it hurts.
Effect: The Gunner can choose not to attack their opponent at all for one post (dodging and defending is still permitted) and study their movements and find just the right spot to shoot. After this post, their next attack against the target will ignore any armor bonuses by going through the gaps instead. This cannot be used at the same time as Trick Shot.

Description: More effective than a double tap.
Effect: The Gunner can fire thrice in a single action, hitting their target with three bullets instead of one. The damage from the three bullets will not stack with each other in full, but the total damage of the attack will receive an additional +15 damage per Level for the effects of the second and third bullet hitting them in the same spot as well.
Requirements: Gunner, Wraith Rank, Speed 150+, Accuracy 150+

Description: A pro gunman can ricochet their bullets around corners.
Effect: The Gunner can shoot around obstacles and obstructions that would otherwise get in the way of their shots, such as walls, shields, allies and the like by bouncing the shot off another surface in the area. This requires an object to actually perform the bounce off off and cannot be performed with Pellet or Pierce type rounds. This attack tends to be difficult to properly react to as well due to the unpredictable path of the actual attack as well. Can be used to ignore physical blocking performed by other people and natural environments at this level.

Effect: A more advanced version of the normal Trick Shot, this one involves more ricochet bounces and better precision to get the maximum effect possible. Can be used to ignore physical blocking performed by other people, natural environments and shields at this level.

Many spells listed have a Lesser, standard, and Greater version, each stronger than the last but more or less it is still the same basic spell in terms of overall effect. Learning any spells of these sets requires that you already know the previous spells as well, but you are not required to keep all levels of these spells in the same Spellbook at the same time after you have learned them.
