There are various entrances into the earth underneath the mound but only citizens of Shiba and those given permission by Queen Bilqis are allowed to enter. It is said that there are treasures and artifacts lost to the world for thousands of years hidden in its depths. The city itself was mentioned in the Old Testament and the Qur'an, the Queen of Shiba was said to have been associated with the powerful King Solomon. Since their reappearance in the world they have set themselves up as an independent city-state of considerable power.

• The High Seat of Shiba is located at the center of the bowl shaped depression at the top of the Tiers of Shiba, this grand palace is where Queen Bilqis accepts audiences with guests. Art, finery and artifacts fill the palace and it is rumored that the Queen of Shiba is quite generous to those who serve her, even for a short while.
• The Stone Path is the name of the tunnels and hidden caverns that lay below the city of Shiba itself. Only citizens and those that Queen Bilqis grants special permission to are allowed to travel on the Stone Path. There are countless mysteries hidden all along it.
