I think I'll use a form that has more entries than a standard one...

Powers and Abilities: Ludicrous durability- Horace can survive damage that would outright kill a normal creature 10 times over;
"high" strength- Horace can lift half his body weight over his head (proportional, he's weak, overall though, that's quite a feat);
strong immune system- Horace will never suffer ill effects from any pathogen, though it causes its own problems;
detailed knowledge of mechanisms- If there's one thing Horace knows, it's machines, especially internal combustion engines. Also, Horace can build machines too, but unlike the elegant inventions of Tails or Dr. Robotnik, his are very crude but surprisingly effective, reliable, and durable;
accomplished machinist- Horace can make just about anything one would need out of metal with standard machine tools, and usually ones he built himself
visually multilingual- Horace can read not only English, but Spanish, Italian, German, French, Sweedish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic, and Hindi (because he has many service/maintenance manuals in those languages). Just don't ask him to speak them, or else you'll just get a dumb look
Biography: Horace was born to a mean, abusive slut of a timber-faller (lumberjack that actually takes trees down as opposed to a rigger or a yarder operator) who basically neglected him. As soon as he could, Horace ditched that scene, and began life on his own, often getting ripped off and betrayed. Horace held a few jobs including a scrap cutter, repo man, construction laborer, and heavy equipment mechanic until he finally opened his own salvage yard. To this day he still toils his days away there, selling metals and machine parts, tearing down scrap, and building crude machines of his own.
Personality: Horace is a pessimistic and generally grumpy person that generally doesn't like people, yet also wrathful and a determinator as well

Weakness: very slow- due to his massive size, Horace is quite slow at just about everything he does, and in fact is incapable of running; allergies- Horace's very strong immune system lends itself to constant allergic reactions from damn near anything and everything, with antihistamines giving him moderate symptoms, and bee/wasp venom and titanium metal triggering anaphylaxis (which is lethal)

Character Name: GME-01α "Megan" (will later have the legal name of Megan Maria Robotnik)
Species: african pygmy hedgehog pattern (because they are sickeningly common)
Gender: female
Alignment: very closely aligned with Dr. "Eggman" Robotnik (otherwise known as evil around here)
Weapons: M60 heavy machine gun, four-foot long section of black iron pipe
Powers and Abilities: Incredible durability- Due to her dense skeleton (not as dense as Horace's though), and other durability features of the project, Megan can soak up very large amounts of damage and come back for more (though again, not nearly as much as Horace); Very high strength: Due to her abundance of tensile muscular fibers, Megan can lift at least 400% of her body weight (and hold at least 2000% over her head without breaking any bones); Incredibly high intelligence: Due to literally having Dr. Robotnik's own sequences for neural development, Megan has his intelligence (though this helped to cause some problems); Intimate knowledge of many engineering principles (including electrical, mechanical, and structural); Instinctual knowledge of mathematics and physics; Direct digital/neural interface: "Eggman" installed a conversion board in the back of Megan's skull that connects to nodes in her cerebral cortex and has an external USB, FireWire, and custom 128-pin connection to directly communicate with virtually any digital system.
Biography: Fed up with Sonic constantly destroying his robots, Dr, "Eggman" Robotnik starts to search for an alternative, and stumbles upon his grandfather's notes for Project Shadow, including the entire genome map for the African Pigmy Hedgehog. Unfortunately his execution left much to be desired. The bad doctor made some rookie mistakes (like accidentally dissolving the "Y" chromosome and having to replicate a faulty "X"), and uses his own neural development sequence, then accelerates the development of the new creature, cramming four years' worth into one. Fortunately, the result isn't a total abomination, but still has problems, and unexpected effects. Megan isn't what Dr. Robotnik initially wanted, but quickly proves useful, and so he kept her in secret, and kept using his robots and others old enough to be effective for his goals. Meanwhile, Megan now silently works in the background, repairing robots and equipment, performing routine maintenance, and just generally keeps the base running smoothly. until she's ready to serve her "daddy" in a more open (and dangerous) role.
Personality: Megan comes off as slow when dealing with other people, mainly because she doesn't know how to. Otherwise, she's always thinking about something mathematical and/or scientific and is usually quite distant.
