Going up the stairs from the floor level leads you to the second set of rooms built on top of the first floor level rooms. They serve the same function, however some might occupied by 'former' residents.

Winchester Model 1901: 5 left in clip Colt .45 Sidearm: 7 left in clip Throwing Knives: 5 left Food: 3 Days left Colt .45 Ammo: 40 left Winchester Model 1901 Shells: 25 left Joseph walked up to the door that was numbers "17." He smirked and pulled out his Colt .45 sidearm. He looked around and shook his head. The entire place was crawling with the living dead. It was a miracle that he had made it to the top floor without having too fight any. Though, he would gladly have taken on an entire horde of the mindless zombies if he did not have business to attend to. Joseph looked at the door again and check to make sure it was the right place. 'Hello! Took sometimes to get here. If you are alive i'm going to collect from you, Mr. Moore.' Joseph turns the knob but the door was locked. He silently curses and begins searching for the key. As he searches one of the dead walks toward him from his left. He was so busy looking for the key he was not paying attention like he should have been. The dead was a frail looking lady, probably in her 50's. She was about 5 foot even with what was snow white hair. Now the hair was more red and white then just white. Joseph hears the groaning and shuffling of feet and looks over just in time to jump back from the lady. He pulls out his Machete, not wanting to fire the sidearm just yet. If the sidearm was fired currently, more living dead would flock to the spot. He swept at her legs and sliced upwards, taking off the head. He wiped the blood off on the ladies clothes rather then dirty his. It was only the that Joseph recognized the lady, he had known her. She was not a client of his, but he knew her from when he came around to collect sometimes. He shrugs and sighs softly. "She was such a sweet lady too. Very much a grandma figure to the younger kids, she shall be missed." Of course, every word was spoke in a hashed whisper so as not to alert more of the infected. Joseph search the mat again and found the key, he then unlocked the door and slowly opened it. His Colt was in his hand again and his Machete back in its holster on his leg.

(her hair is brown not grey ) Cassandra quietly scurried along the bare streets being careful to avoid any danger or noise. She still was trying to make sense of it all, the zombies, the chaos and why she had survived so long instead of some one else. The young women should of been dead by now since she only uses soundless weapons, and the fact she barely eats now. She needed to find some food, since the chaos broke out she stuck to eating once every three days. Its been four days since she last eat, she had to leave most her food behind do to the fact the zombies noticed her. Walking into the open area of a motel's parking lot she looked around and noticed a man on the second floor. This was bad and good news for Cassandra, good because maybe he could help her with her food issue, but it was bad news because her was a guy..and she hated men. With a deep breath she decided it was worth a shoot. The young women took out her glove that she hand made. It was a metal glove that had two blades wheeled on it and she made sure her bow and arrows where ready to go. By the time she got up there she had set her bow up with and arrow and it pulled back as she came closer it aimed towards the unknown man. " Will you hurt me?...Are you bit?" Her voice was very soft and cracked a bit from lack of talking, the man just got done unlocking the door, at right now she seemed nervous to what she was doing.

Winchester Model 1901: 5 left in clip Colt .45 Sidearm: 7 left in clip Throwing Knives: 5 left Food: 3 Days left Colt .45 Ammo: 40 left Winchester Model 1901 Shells: 25 left Joseph started to slowly open the door. He heard a groaning in the distance, and knew that more of the dead were appearing in the area. He would need to finish his business and get out of the area fast. He had the door about one-third the way open when her heard a voice behind him. Joseph quickly spun around and aimed his Colt .45 at the girl. He sighed and started at her. Shaking his head he spoke softly. "Girl, you really should not sneak up on someone. No, to answer your question. Not a single one of these damnable corpses could even touch me yet. Be careful next time runt, someone might mistake you for a looter or thief." Joseph kept the Colt .45 in his hand. The girl looked hungry, and he felt bad. He wanted to say 'Tough, find your own food.' However, seeing a starving girl was just to much for him. He reached into his pack and pulled out a days worth of food. He set it on a cloth and motioned for the girl to take it. He turned away, looking back at the door. Joseph slowly started to open the door again and walk inside. He looked around cautiously, unsure if Mr. Moore was alive, or dead. He slowly started for the bedroom where he heard movement. He checked over his Colt .45 and looked down at his throwing knives. He quietly turned the knob on the door and peeked inside to see someone was there. He waited and watched, trying to tell if they were among the living dead, or another survivor. The figure was about 5'7, and roughly waited 160Lbs. Joseph knew this to be the description of Mr. Moore.

(her hair is brown not grey ) Hearing his answer she tabled her bow looking up at him muttering a bit " I am almost 20... I am not a runt" Then she spoke clearer looking at him " And does it matter if the mistake me as a thief.. we all have to steal from the dead now to live..." As Cassandra said as the man seemed to be thinking off in his own world. It caught her completely off guard when he motioned her to take food, and a days amount. She gently grabbed it and slide it in her pack as he turned away. " Thanks" Her voice remained soft as if she was scared to speak any louder. The 19 year old watched as he headed inside, quickly she loaded her bow and aimed it around in her line of sight, for a quick shot if needed. To her it was only fair for her to cover his back for the food he gave. Cassandra was very alert, she kept her back towards the mans as he open the bedroom door her eyes on the front are for any zombies who might wonder over.

Winchester Model 1901: 5 left in clip Colt .45 Sidearm: 7 left in clip Throwing Knives: 5 left Food: 2 Days left Colt .45 Ammo: 40 left Winchester Model 1901 Shells: 25 left Joseph heard the footsteps behind him and sighed. He knew they were not the dead footsteps, but those of the living. He also knew it to be the girl again. "You might want to get out of here Girl. This is about to get ugly. And i can't promise you will make it out of here alive if you stay." Joseph watched a bit longer and silently curse to himself. The man's movements where to stiff and and rigid. Mr. Moore had joined the dead. Joseph had, yet again, not collected because his client was among the dead now. He took out his Machete and decided to finish him that way. Joseph walked into the room quietly and put the blade to the undead's throat. He pulled the blade back and cut the head off. The body hit the floor with a thud, not loud enough to alert anyone outside. He smiled softly, he always did hate the cheapskate Moore. He started to finish wiping off his Machete when he heard footsteps again. At first he played it off as the girl's, until he realize they were to harsh and heavy. He spun around with Machete ready to kill agian, however the corpse knocked it out of his hands. He rolled away to the floor as the living dead, about 5'6, charged again running. Joseph got up in one swift movement and slammed the barrel of his Colt .45 into the corpse's forehead. "Nighty night, undead trash." His voice was at normal level, no longer a whisper. He pulled the trigger and the gunshot fired, ringing out. The body was sent tumbling backwards hitting the floor. He sighed, and heard the groaning and movement outside in the streets and lower levels. He took out his music player and put in some music, closing his eyes. The music clicks on and the first song, Diamond Eyes by Shinedown begins to play as he opens his eyes fiercely. Joseph was ready to fight for his life.

(her hair is brown not grey ) Cassandra chuckled a bit under her breath, "That's okay if I don't make it out alive, I will just go down kicking...And the names Cassandra, not girl..make use of it." The 19 year old said softly, it clearly didn't bug her that things where about to get ugly, it seemed she had already hardened up to this world of chaos they now live in. Her back was still to him, it wasn't until she heard the thud of the head hitting the floor that she turned around to see what had happen. Glancing at the head she bit her bottom lip softly and wonder if she would ever end up like that. Hearing foot steps she looked towards the front door and stepped softly over there it wasn't until she heard the Machete fall to the floor that she spun around and aimed at the zombie with her bow. By the time she had a shot where she knew that her new friend wouldn't be hit the gun fire went off. Cassandra whimpered and closed her eyes biting her lip as her body tensed at the loud sound. Her anxiety kicked in a bit, her weapons weren't silent for the sake of not being heard, but her own need of not going though an anxiety attack. With in a moment she claimed down and looked back at the guy who gave her food and noticed him putting in his ear buds to his music player. Unsure about what he was doing she ran outside and with her bow and arrow she began shooting at the group of undead in the parking lot over the railing. Each shot hit the zombies in the eye and cause them to pertinently rest. Soon there were zombies on both sides of the walkway, " Dam it " She cursed under her breath and with her bladed glove she punched a zombie in the face both the blades in her glove went into both eyes of the zombie and into its brain effectively killing it. Cassandra let the body fall off her metal and over the railing. There was another walker in front of her and taking an arrow out of its carrying case she stabbed it into its temple and pulled it out. It was clear she wasn't planing on dying, but it did take a lot out of her since she was barely 5'4 and a little bit light headed from not eating. She knew when this was over and if she was alive that she would need to eat some of the food the man gave her if she wanted to not turn into a rotting pile of flesh

Winchester Model 1901: 5 left in clip Colt .45 Sidearm: 6 left in clip Throwing Knives: 5 left Food: 2 Days left Colt .45 Ammo: 40 left Winchester Model 1901 Shells: 25 left Joseph grooves to the music as he walks toward the entrance. He can faintly here the noises outside through his music. When he walked out the door and an undead charged him at full speed. He took one of the throwing knives out and gave it a flick. The knife twirled through the air, stabbing the corpse upward through the eye. Joseph walked over, taking the knife out and turning to shoot the next in the mouth and between the eyes. He saw the girl fighting and smirked. Stepping onto the rail and standing straight, Joseph put another two bullets into two walking dead charging the girl from behind. He smirked and turned in enough time to jump off the rail, placing his foot firmly into the side of an undead skull. He landed softly thrusting his machete upward into the jaw of the next to charge him. Joseph continued to smile, flipping his hair back. The corpse Joseph kicked stood back up and grabbed his shoulder. He barely had enough time to dodge forward missing the bite by 5 seconds. He slammed the Colt .45 into the undead's forehead, much like the last. He frowned and pulled the trigger. He unloaded the clip and placed 7 new bullets in. More bullets were spent then Joseph had hoped. If either of them wanted to get out alive, they must leave soon. Fighting an undead horde endlessly was a foolish and suicidal idea. [OCC:Not my best work. I still have somewhat a writer's block. I tried hard to post though, so you can continue posting. I'm sorry.]

(her hair is brown not grey ) Cassandra was using all her focus into fighting, but every time she heard a shot go off she flinched. Her bladed fist swan with all her energy, and the other one was holding an arrow which she used by stabling into the corpse. She glanced at her fighting partner as he jumped off the rail, he covered her back, despite being surrounded by zombies this made her feel a bit claimer with this situation. Soon the area around her was clear of walkers, taking her bow she started shooting at the ones the surrounded the man either in the eye or in the temple. The brown haired girl was a very good shot, even under pressure. Though quickly she realized that there was to many for there for them to kill all and live to tell the tell. Then Cassandra smirked to her self and cleverness, across the street there was a small little shop rigged with a fire alarm, and its window was left wide open. Seeing walkers run up the stairs towards her she quickly dodged into the apart man and quickly grabbed a piece of cloth and folding it she stabbed an arrow through it. Cassandra then quickly ran through all the cabinets and found what she wanted Vodka and matches. She headed towards the door and quickly shoved her bladed hand into a zombies head and kicked the other one over a rail and stabbed her bladed fist into another zombie head. Noticing a few more zombies come up she quickly pored the vodka over the cloth on the arrow and lit it on fire shooting the arrow into the opened window shop. The alarm went off and the sprinklers were activated, but no water came out the parch the flames. To her hopes the zombies flocked towards this new sounds and chaos. Cassandra looked to the side of her seeing a few zombies, and following her fighting partners lead she jumped of the second floor and landed on top of the car. When she landed her legs gave out from under her and she rolled off the car, in her eyes the worlds was spinning and her body shook under its own weight. The brown haired girl forced her worn body up and into a sloppy run as she grabbed all her arrows from the heads of zombies accept for the one she lit on fire and one that as far out of her way. Her blue eyes met his " Run like hell?" as if she should have to ask and quickly followed the man. It wasn't to long though before Cassandra started to fall behind, her head was spinning and every part of her body begged for her to pass out, her skin was paler and her pules were wide. The 19 year old desperately needed to eat the food that the guy gave her, but now the only thing that haunted her mind was would her leave her behind? As a quick snack for the rotting meat bags that were focused on the stores alarm? She hoped the answer was a no. (( Its fine, I get writers block too and thanks for putting something down. Despite the fact you have writers block its was pretty good compared to some other role plays in guilds I am doing. And when ever I need to write about zombies and i cant think i jam out to the song zombies everywhere. anyway take your time if you cant think of something i wont beat you up for it))

Winchester Model 1901: 5 left in clip Colt .45 Sidearm: 7 left in clip Throwing Knives: 5 left Food: 2 Days left Colt .45 Ammo: 33 left Winchester Model 1901 Shells: 25 left Joseph smirked upon seeing the girls plan. It was a good idea, the heat and sound would draw the attention of the dead long enough for them to get away. He shrugged and had to admit the usefulness that the girl was around. He saw her land on a car and roll off. There was no grace to her movement, they seemed sloppy and messy. At that point Joseph knew that the girl was at her limit. She must have gone days without food, and it is finally taking effect. It seemed, however, that she was stubborn. When her blue eyes met his blue eyes, he knew just what she was thinking before she said it. Joseph, caught in the moment by the beauty of the girls eyes, stalled. This was momentary, though, because he was right behind her. Joseph even managed to get ahead and start taking off like a bat out of hell. However, something was wrong, a bad feeling crept in. The feeling was not wrong either, something was wrong. The girl had fallen behind, and seemed to be going no where. 'At this rate, she will be corpse fodder! Damn it, why do i have to play baby sitter!' Joseph did not even have a second though, rushing back to the girl was his only idea. He grabbed her by the arm and pulled her up over his shoulder. It may have not been comfortable, however, it was the best way to keep moving. At the least, she would be able to see behind them were as Joseph could not. Muttering some silent curses as he did so, the colt .45 was slipped back into it's holster. Instead, The Winchester found it's was into the mans hand. It had rested idly on his back waiting for use, and now it might get the chance. 5 shots, more then enough to clear a path if need be. The girl's weight was not hindering Joseph at all either, which was good. They both needed to get out of the area fast. Having no clue where he was heading, Joseph ran toward the center of the city. He figured heading there might lead him to find some habitable shelter for the girl on his shoulders. There was no assurance that there was any safe area, especially in the city. This though was of no use though, because chances have to be taken sometime. A single undead ran in front of Joseph and the girl, he nearly did not notice since he was so deep in though. Not wanting to waste ammo, Joseph slammed the back end of the gun into the corpse's face knocking it down. Worried there might be more, he picked up the pace. "Thank god for building up endurance and stamina from hunting clients down!" [Exit Joseph]

(her hair is brown not grey ) Cassandra panted softly, at this point she began to lose balance as she ran. It wasn't long before she saw the man coming back towards her, by the time she looked up at him he had grabbed her arm. She let out a soft gasp of shock as he picked her up with ease and was placed on his shoulder . " Thank you..." Said said as she gasped to get her breath, yet her voice still sounded scared to speak. Her eyes scanned behind them, it was pretty clear since most were still being drawn to the alarm. Feeling his shoulder into her gut, wasn't at all comfortable, but at the same time it was a comfort knowing that she wasn't the last human out there, and that the same time she know knew she could rest her trust in him. It wasn't until the burning building was out of her range of sight that blackness over came her vision, she was out cold. [Exit Cassandra]
