This application is used for both joining the Second Division and the Onmitsukido. I would like to say that joining the Onmitsukido is different than joining the Second Division. I never want to limit anyone by saying that only Division Two members can join Onmitsukido. Yes, its true that most squad members are part of the Onmitsukido, but if you belong to another squad then you can still apply for becoming a member of the Onmitsukido without having to leave whatever other squad you might belong to. The only limit to outsiders becoming Onmitsukido members is that no seated officer above Third Seat is allowed to join and no none-squad members are allowed become Corps Commanders. The rank of Corps Commander belongs to the seated officers of the Second Division only.
