4. Division Rules & General Rules Gaia guild rules are always active in this Division. Everyone must follow Gaia rules as well as the following rules that will be mentioned. Violation of these rules will result in warnings and when three warnings have been made then you will be kicked out of Second Division.
1. Maintain proper decorum. This basically means do not "cheat." Godmodding, auto-hitting, auto-dodging, killing of a character, etc. I will specially enforce this rule because many people seem to forget that auto-anything is a violation of the rules.
2. Follow the guidelines. This rule is mostly for the Onmitsukido missions. Remember that Division Two is tied with the Onmitsukido meaning that most (if not all) members are part of the Onmitsukido (the division is player's choice however). Each mission will have its own guidelines and everyone must follow them accordingly otherwise you will fail the mission and get a warning.
3. Courtesy is vital. Derogatory statements, flaming, and "trolling" will not be supported here. I expect everyone to be mature in this guild and to respect one another. If by any reason you feel that someone in the squad is targeting you then please PM me with your concerns and it will be handled accordingly.
4. Make contact, please. Division Two requires teamwork and cooperation of everyone who is part of division in the Onmitsukido. I do not care if you don't like the people in the squad or what your social standing is, you will work with the people around you. However, if you have some sort of issue which prevents you from writing to the best of your ability, then please let me know. If you absolutely cannot work with someone or are dealing with personal issues or have scheduling issues to tend to, Its always best to warn me. Otherwise you may lose your seat.
5. Be active. I know that life is very complicated and busy, but you have to try and make an effort to post. If you are engaged in an RP with another player then it is only common courtesy to not keep that player waiting. Like I said I understand that sometimes life will keep you very busy so if for whatever reason you cannot post at least once per week then you must PM me otherwise you will lose your rank. The time limit to respond to someone's post is ONE WEEK nothing more nothing less. If you cannot reply within those 7 days and have not PMed me then you will receive a warning and possibly lose your rank.
6. Rank value. If you are going for a position as a seated officer than you must understand the responsibility that comes with the rank. Like previously stated, ranking members must be able to post at least once a week otherwise they will lose their rank. Do not apply for a rank unless you know you can handle the responsibility. Each squad member must respect the gap between ranks, what does that mean? Simply it means that you must acknowledge that the ranked person above you IS stronger than your character. There is no "my character's true power is a Captain/Lieutenant level even though I'm a Third Seat." NO, your rank determines your strength unless you decide to challenge a seated officer for their respective position. In an official challenge it is assumed that each competitor is on equal levels of strength. Also, I do not want anyone using their rank to oppress or abuse a person below your rank. If I catch anyone using their rank to "bully" another player than you will be automatically kicked out. That being said please respect that a Captain and Lieutenant level shinigami is a very powerful person especially your Second Division Captain.
