Arctic walked down the hallway carrying his luggage what he retrieved from the front office along with a key with his dorm room number on it. Well walking down the hallway his eyes looked each door number he walked by, until he came to dorm. "Well this it" He thought to himself before knocking on the door and waited for a reply. "....Maybe nobodies in?" He quietly muttered after waiting a minute he then used his key to unlock the door and head in. "Hello? " He called out as he looked around the dark dorm

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia was touching up her room when she heard a noise. She was careful not to reply, that was when she heard the door open. Wasn't that door locked? Oh great.... she did have a roommate. That was when it hit her. Did that voice sound familiar? Lucy shook her head and walked out of her room. Arctic was standing near the door, which made her smirk. She took off her headphones, muting the music that was being played. "Well, this is a coincidence... though I'd have to get used to the fact that apparently my roommate is a guy."
Avayra chuckled and sat down on a chair that she was planning to put in her room. "Well, I suggest we get another fridge, though... I need something to store my... personal drinks in." Then, Ava stood back up and walked over to Arctic. "I believe your room is on the opposite of my own, Arctic." The vampiress looked around the dorm room. "And we're lucky that we have the bigger than average dorm, too."

Arctic was a bit taken back when he saw Lucendia walk out of her dorm, this had been the first time he had been to an Academy what had Co-ed dorms. "Your telling me, though its good to know I'm not sharing a dorm with a stranger." He said with a warm smile as but down his luggage for second due to his arms were starting to hurt. "We don't have to but ok, I don't care if my food is next to blood" He said as he looked at his room before looking back at her "Its definitely a step up from the last school I was at, I had a dorm what was smaller than this with four other guys." He said with light laugh. ((Sorry for the late reply I was in the shower))

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia chuckled. "Well, if blood next to human foods aren't a problem, then I guess I stash my supply in the freezer. I prefer it frozen... kinda like an Popsicle." Lucy stretched a bit, eyes a bit silver from talking about blood.
"Anyway, don't make a mess... I'm a total neat freak when it comes to any food on the floor or stuff like that." Avayra shrugged, crossing her arms. "Plus, every time I get a roommate, it always ends up with blood staining the carpet and my old roommate running away in terror." Ava was saying this as if it were a normal everyday thing. Well, technically it was normal to her, but not to most other people.

Arctic nodded his head agreeing to rules "Fair enough though its bit unfair I can't drop food on the floor but you can stain the carpet with yours" He said jokingly as he smirked before picking his luggage back up and walking to the entrance of his room and set it back down. "Any other rules you want to lay down?" He asked not having any rules of his own but followed others, he was easy person to live with.

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia tilted her head, thinking. "Well, if you hear me screaming my head off in my room, throw a blood bag in. Because, that means that I'm in severe pain and I'm unable to breathe." Lucy nodded, as if that was all she had to say. "There's a scientific explanation as to why vampires gotta drink blood... but you don't have to hear if you don't wish to. Most people I've met have weak stomachs when I go into detail about my bloody needs." ((OoC:// I suggest that you quote TheSpiderQueen122 instead of my old username ViaryThePurpleDragon))

".....Ok" Arctic said responding to her odd request but kept a warm smile on his face. "You can want I'm actually slightly interested, also I have a pretty strong stomach." He said having stomach been trained by some of the most gruesome horror movies what cinema has released.

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia smirked and shrugged. "Well, I guess that I can tell ya." Lucy sighed and began to explain. "Well, vampire blood is unable to carry oxygen. So, we must drink blood that can carry oxygen. Thing is, we can't just carry alien blood. Vampire blood is poisonous to other blood vessels." Avayra chuckled. "Anyway, that's the main reason for us having to drink blood. So that we could drink blood though, we had to adapt... making our teeth sharp and all that. Apparently, since I don't technically have a soul due to me being undead, making me allergic to sunlight and garlic..." Ava shrugged. "No clue for why I can change to a bat and walk up walls and ceilings, though."

"Hmmm I see that makes sense." Arctic said as he nodded his head after listening to her talk. "So since your allergic to garlic it wouldn't be such a good idea to have it in the dorm right?" He asked, it would suck if came in contact with her food.

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia nodded in reply to his question. "Yes, I suppose that's not such a good idea. And I'm quite allergic to garlic, meaning that even a whiff of it could have me being knocked out in a mere matter of seconds. Trust me, I would know that out of experience... it also gave me amnesia for about a week, I believe."
Lucy walked into her room, grabbed her umbrella, and walked back out. "And due to me having a small allergy to sunlight, I carry this thing around so that the rays can't touch my skin... or I wear my floppy hat, but I don't exactly look... modern in that thing anymore. Of course, I still wear a bonnet now and again, but again... not modern." Avayra chuckled and sat back down, arms clutching her umbrella. "I don't suppose you've ever seen an actual bonnet made in the 1800's, have you?"

"Wow that sucks good thing I'm not big fan of garlic, its ok seasoned with some foods, but I can live without it. " Arctic said responding to her allergy to garlic. He then watched walk into her room and grab a umbrella, but already kind of figured she would use one to block the suns rays "How old do you think I am?.... And to answer you question no, well I don't think so anyways" He said with light chuckle as he looked at her clutching onto her umbrella.

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia chuckled and shrugged, putting her umbrella beside the chair. "Well, in my defense, I see you as a child..." Lucy shrugged and stood up. "Now... watch and behold as I transform myself to a girl from the 1800's!" That said, she walked into her room and closed her door. She stayed in there for a couple minutes and came out. She looked like she just walked out of the past. She was wearing her old lucky bonnet and a white and purple dress.
Avayra walked back over and picked up her umbrella, opening it. She rested it on her shoulder. "This was how I dressed back when I was seventeen... strange, huh? I look as if I belong in one of them old sienna movies in a saloon somewhere."

Arctic wore a surprised expression after Lucendia walked out of her room dressed like it was 1800's before snickering but quickly stopped. "Man that's uncanny all whats missing is you using 1800's slang and grammer. But please don't I might die of laughter,no offence. " He said as held in his laughter. "You do look lovely though what country do you grow up in when you were alive if you don't me asking?"

Avayra Lucendia [-align=left-]Lucendia smirked. She knew the exact slang from the 1800's, and she was tempted to use it. But she decided against it. "Well, I was born and raised in New York City. Lived in a penthouse, near Times' Square... barely had any sleep, but you get used to it." Lucy chuckled and crossed her arms. She then hissed at him, knowing that he was trying not to laugh. Her eyes went a silvery purple once again. "If you laugh again, you get bit. Got it?"
