My Life
Life, is something precious. Especially to a demigod, You'll never know just how long you have, what with monsters out to get you all the time. Not to count for any annoyed deities there might be. Let's just say a demigod always is in danger, except when in Camp Half Blood. I learned all of this last summer, back when Kyle brought me to Camp Half Blood. Kyle, it turns out is a satyr. He explained a lot to me. How my father was a god, how I got my talents from him. But I better explain my life before this discovery...
My Past
My name is Joshua Lowery, I was born on June 20th to Marissa Lowery. My mother received a letter a week after my birth it told of how when I was 15 to give me this letter, and to bring me to the address listed at the bottom. The letter told of Half Blood Hill. How my father was Triton, a Greek God. As I grew my mother told me that my father was talented, he wooed her easily with his skill. And I inherited his talent, so she says when I play guitar, I don't know what she means I just seem to be musically oriented. I like listening to music, and later on I began to play instruments myself. As I grew older, I had few odd events until I met Eun, damn that guy was cute. I never had feelings for a guy before I met him, but I got a big crush on him as we grew up together, living only a block apart we hung out everyday. When we I turned 15, he was a few months younger, I admitted how I felt for him. He smiled and said he felt the same way. We then started dating. In secret, I mean we were already always together, now we just were a little more private, I guess you could say. Anyway as the summer came and I turned 15, Mom gave me the letter. I opened it, and it all came out. My father was a god. My abilities truly did come from my father. I flew out to New York and I came to Camp Half Blood.
I learned, trained and prepared for monsters. As the summer went, Kyle appeared, a satyr I met at camp. He told me there were suspicions of another demigod nearby. So He kept and eye on me and watched for the other, later on, shortly after I returned for school, he confided in me that Eun was suspected, and that he spoke with his mother, yes he was. It seemed the fates meant for us to be together, at camp or outside. We went to the beach, with Kyle, he rarely left us alone now. When a Cyclops appeared in a car behind us. We crashed. I was knocked out, with a broken leg, and a concussion. I awoke in a hospital hours later, and Kyle told me what happened and that Eun was ok. He handed me my phone and Eun told me he was heading towards New York. I knew I had to follow soon.

He loves Music, listening, playing, anything to do with it. He likes to read to and occasionally makes Eun do it.

He hates rain, cold, jerks, bigots, studying Korean (but he does it anyway.)
He is afraid of Small spaces and death.
He is nicknamed Josh, or Joshy, or Jagiya (Honey) by Eun in private.
He has a celestial bronze knife, he keeps it tucked in a sheath around his ankle or wrist forearm while at camp.
The Curtain
He is musically oriented, very athletic, and loves to work out. He can be a bit hotheaded though, especially when he or Eun is insulted. He enjoys listening to music, no matter what genre. He has talent and skill with his hands. When with Eun, he is quite romantic. He loves to cook and have fun. He is generally kind and helpful, and loves to have fun. He is very passionate with music and his love with Eun.

The Gifts
Offensive
→ When standing near or in a body of water, children of Triton can summon sharp seashells that will launch themselves at their foe with great force.
→ Can emit a 'sonic screech' using their vocal abilities. This is amplified when they are in water. The screech will knock back the foe a good couple meters, and depending on the power level, may or may leave a ringing sound in their ears.
Defensive
→ Children of Triton can form a defensive shell around their body. It isn’t bullet-proof, but will deflect most medium level attacks.
Supplementary
→ Can summon the aid of sea creatures, when they are in the water.
→ Children of Triton have extreme control over their voice, to the extent of near perfect mimicry. They can mimic a voice or a sound after hearing it, but require practice to make it perfect.
Active
→ Children of Triton are gifted with minor aquakinesis.
→ Children of Triton can open passageways through one body of salt water into another; there must be enough water to completely submerge the child, and the child must know exactly where they are opening the other end of the 'portal'. The longer the passage is held open, the more it drains the child, and the further the other side of it is, the more it drains them. Practice is needed to travel far using this ability.
Passive
→ It is impossible for them to drown, as they can breathe underwater.
→ Can know where they are when in salty water.
Skills & Traits
→ They dislike eating sea creatures, especially escargot.
→ They are natural swimmers, many started when they were just toddlers.
→ They can speak to and understand sea creatures.
→ Can speak and understand almost all languages; they have to, however, hear it before they can speak it, and it must be more than ten words spoken for them to absorb the information properly.
Blessed Abilities
→ When given their father’s blessing, a conch shell will materialize in their hands. Once blown, the terrible sound will annihilate anything within a 2 foot radius, stun anyone within a 10 foot radius, and make anybody who can hear it cower and cover their ears. It does not guarantee, however, that only your foes will be harmed by this.
