Mom: Arianna, well sort of. I was supposed to be adopted by someone else but they flaked. So the school rang up Arianna, and she became Auntie Ari. Cool enough guardian, but now I am moving to meta and living in a dorm. Help us all if she or her kids visit.

cold shoulder lv 1 ; chills the air around her slightly depending on her mood, can be active(intentional) or passive(out of her hands.)

blow me an ice cold kiss lv 1 ; can cause isolated freezing and ice crystals using her breath, or just a gentle cooling.

passive - you know how when it is cold you can see your breath? you can almost always see her breath.
