Bio: Evelyn grew up in a bad neighborhood in the middle of a large city in her homeland. She eventually got involved with a gang in the city to help provide for her family; however, she got arrested after a few years and a judge sentenced her to military school. There, she found her true calling, and excelled. She enjoyed it as well, and eventually worked her way into the Marines and then the Blackhearts.
