Not too far in the depths of the forest is a clearing, where sunlight and moonlight reach the ground. It is the brightest place in the forest and almost the only place where the sky and surrounding mountains can be seen. In the spring, flowers bloom here, their sweet scent wafting through the trees. In the winter, the clearing is barren and open, leaving little shelter for the prey who dwell here.
