Like how any of the Skrull wars started,it was a normal day,midday to be exact. Captain America went home to his apartment, only to run into a Skrull. Before he could act, the Skrull assassin shot him point blank in the head. Then the ships filled the skies. This assembled everyone in New York. While the Avengers were busy fighting off the Skrull ships,it was up to the Young Avengers to fight the Skrulls disguised as any of the heroes round the city.
