Personality:Gabriel is a level headed individual, with a laid back perspective on life. Most often, he would be found reading, or studying people and their reactions to specific things. When angered, he becomes completely calm, the eerie kind of calm that makes the skin crawl.
Character Strengths:Although he doesn't show it, Gabriel is loyal to those he calls friends. Willing to settle any difference, even if his life is in danger.He analyzes the enemy rather quickly.
Character Weaknesses:Gabriel has a tendancy to switch sides when if benefits him. He may have friends, but he will look out for himself if it's more important. Also a con-man, likes to take what doesn't belong to him.
Likes:Reading, watching the moon, and analyzing people.
Dislikes:Arrogant people, killing, and daytime.

Zanpakuto Name:Gilen Wucht
Sealed Description:Normal katana with a octagonal hilt guard
Spirit Form Description: A tall, tanned man with flowing black hair and golden eyes. Wearing a grey suit with a red tie. Slender build and well toned muscles. A voice that sounds like water hitting rocks.
Shi-Kai: Gilen
Release Phrase/Action: gilen will hold his blade in front of himself, pulling the blade apart into two blades with no hilt guards.
Appearance: Both blades are identical, they have no hilt guard, and the hilt itself it a crimson color. The blades grow an inch or so longer, but remain the same color and shape.
Skills:
His zanpakuto is a physical based zanapkuto, so the skills are passive, and activate when shikai is released.
Ripple force: This skill allows his strikes to hold triple the normal force behind them, giving gretaer power behind the strikes.
Momentum: When shikai is released, He moves faster, using the momentum of his moves to attack in succession, usually in rapid strikes. The faster he moves, the more momentum he gains, but after his momentum dies down, his movements return to normal.
Ban-Kai: Gilen Wucht
Release Phrase/Action and Name: "Succumb to the force of my will." In bankai, their are two straps, one on either side of his hips. The dual swords grow and split once more, giving him four swords.
Appearance: Like in Shikai, each blade is identical. Each zanapkuto is six feet in length total, with blood red blades and black hilts. None of them have hilt guards.
Skills:
Like in Shikai, his bankai is a physical zanpakuto, so the skills would be passive, and activate once bankai is released.
Devestating force: In bankai, his trikes hold five times the force they did in shikai, one strike having enough force to create a small creater in the ground, roughly six feet in diameter.
Death Momentum: Like in shikai, he can use the momentum to attack in succession. In bankai the length of attacks grow in number due to the two additional swords. In Bankai, as the number of strikes goes up, so does the froce behind them. The drawbak being that the strikes must connect with something, be it the others sword, or the person.
Art of four swords: In Banaki, Gilen is able to transition from fighting with two swords to fighting with four sword. Holding two in each hand, or pulling them out of their straps and replacing them with the unused sword. It allwos for better fighting style on his part.

Biography:
Gabriel grew up in the rukongai, stealing from merchants and random people to keep himself healthy. From a young age, he had a nack for taking what wasn't his, and not getting caught. Gabriel grew, and as he did, so did the spiritual pressure within him. As the days got longer, and the nights lonlier, he thought about joining the soul reapers, but never had the courage to go. One cool evening, a beggar looked him over, smiling with kind eyes.
"go to them" the beggar said, and for once, he took the advise. Going to the soul society, Gabriel started his long journey to soul reaper.
It took a long time for Gabriel to graduate from the academy, but once he did, he rose the ranks with determination. It took a long while, and many a nights of his free time, but eventually, Gabriel rose to be liuetenant. Securing his spot next to the captain, he finally felt proud of himslef, knowing he was doing something good for the world. An untimely death came when his captain died, leaving him torn between what to do. Eventually, Gabriel took the position of captain, leading his squad as best he could in his situation.
As Captain, Gabriel struggled with morale boosting and getting the shinigami in his division to listen to him at first. Mostly because he had yet to reach Bankai. It wasn't that he didn't try, but he was just not at that level yet. As fate would have it, it took years just to attain Bankai, let alone master it. He trained vigourasly, trying his best to get Bankai. One lonely afternoon, he was struggling, his body refusing to train any harder. But as he pushed onward, working himself to exsaughtion, it finally happened. The ghost of a whisper in his ears. After he had achieved bankai, Gabriel went on to become a strong leader of his division, working with the soul reapers in his division. He had gained a certain kind of respect for them, and they did for him.
As captain, he had to go to varies meetings, and as the time past, he became more comfortable with his position. As the time passed, Gabriel trained, peditated, anything to keep him strong and healthy. Living his life as Captain of squad five, Gabriel keeps training, working to better himself as much as possible. On his off days, Gabriel is in his office, mostly reading or taking a break from hard training. He also meets with other Captains to converse, or meets with his division members to help them better themselves.

I LOVE this character, and I think it's a shame that you would submit him as a rouge. Perhaps I persuade you to join a division or the royal guard?

◉ ◎ ◉ ◎ ◉ xx The cool night air grazed his cheek, the soft rustling of the leaves setting a soothing mood for the evening. Gabriel looked out at the night sky, smiling to the moon as it hung ever so elegantly, like a shandalier in a ballroom. Standing slowly, he stretched, raising his arms over his head. The sound of vertibra popping set him at ease, letting his hands fall back to his sides, Gabriel wandered about the Soul Society. His mind was far gone, thinking of things that would better be done the next day.
"A yes, chicken for lunch seems delicious, and for dinner I could make some soup..."
As Gabriel talked to himself, he found himself wandering into the rukongai. Looking around, he nodded at merchants and elders, smiling to them as he passed by. The soft pitter patter of feet could be heard just around the corner. Watching a small group of children run past, laughing and playing, it sparked his old memories. So far gone, he could barely remember what his childhood years were like, wondering what it would be like if he had their lives again. Shunpoing out of the rukongai, Gabriel stood in a grassy field, staring out at the area just past. It was a battle field to some, and to others it was a test of skill. To him, it just symbolized the need to better ones self. Looking down at his zanpakuto, a faint smile cracked his lips, his hand coming up to rest on the hilt lazily. As Gabriel thought about many a things, he listened, felt around, making sure he was alone. Sitting down, legs crossed, blade on his lap, Gabriel closed his eyes.
Opening them, he stared out at his inner world, an ocean of blood under his feet, a grey moon against a black sky. There were no clouds, no lands, just the endless darnkess of the blood ocean. As he waited, he watched as his zanpakuto showed himself. Nodding curtly to him, Gabriel turned the other way, walking along the ocean, watching the ripples flow as he did. This place was his one threshold of pure peace. most would think his insane for theidea, but here, in the perfect silence, the endless night, he could truely relax. | Location: | Zanpakuto State: Dormant |

Looks good. I see a few grammatical errors, but I don't see a reason as to why that should hold you back. Just be sure to go over your posts and ensure that these things are kept to a minimum.
