I was thinking of getting a set of the hybrid pen marks, are they worth it on Diana?

im making mine just a general ap rune page..


but before i remade it,

for all my AP champs, i used..

flat magic pen marks
health regen per 5 seconds per level seals
flat AP glyphs
flat AP quints

What im trying to remake it into now is this..

mana regen per 5 seconds per level seals
