INTRODUCTION
The year was 1620, the pilgrims were making the new world, America, thier home now. However they learned they weren't alone here. The natives who had called the land home for years also lived here. For a time there was peace between Natives and Pilgrims, no war, just peace as they lived side by side.

However diffrences began to surface and tension so began to run thin. The Natives prefered thier simple life where all were accepted. Gay relationships were gladly accepted and seen as a normal part of life. However the Pilgrims, being god fearing people, believed that the Natives way of life was far from the path of God. Many set out to convert the Natives, some did while others were meet with force and sometimes death.

The tense kept running until all out war threaten to break out among them. However before the first blood could be shed, a peace agreement was struck up. A boaderline was drawn between them, no one side crossing over onto the others. It was thin line of peace but peace known the less. As long as the line was kept the peace would be kept as well.

StoryLine

Beyond the forest, down the hills and into the valley at the foot of the moutains carefully hidden and surrounded by a small dense patch of wood live the Mowhawk Indian Tribe. A peace loving tribe, war is the last thing they wanted and thus the choice was made for them to stay hidden and continue on with the life they knew all so well.
While small children play in the dust and dirt with tamed wolf pups at thier heels, mothers and young daughters tend to the fields of crops and keep house. Fathers and thier sons go out into the forest to trap, hunt, and fish. It truly was a peacefull life.

Come the begining of summer and the start of the planting of the crops, Enapay, first born son of the chief of the village set out on his first hunting trip alone. Just last winter he had pasted his tribe's coming of age ritual and was now considered a man of the tribe. As a man now Enapay is free to enter the dark forest alone, come and go as he pleased and most importantly chose a bride now. However Enapay has no interest in getting married now. The man prefered to explore the mountains, hills and forests surrounding his home and trap or hunt animals.
While on one of his hunting trip, Enapay hears a cry for help. Following the cry he finds a young man near drowning in a fast current. Diving into the rive Enapay saves the man and pulls him to safety. Its now he notices that the man is from the white village he had heard stories of. His father strictly forbid his people from contacting the white tribe and there were even horror stories of how they kidnapped children in the night and ate them.

Enapay not sure whether to listen to his father or stay at first. However he knew the man would be able to live through the night if he is left freezing cold and in the open where animals of prey could find him. Enapay stays and through out the night cares and tends to the man. They both are about the same age and through broken english and some signing develop a way of talking. A bond is quickly made between them and come morning when they part ways, both agree to come back and see the other.

For the new few days Enapay goes into the forest to meet his new friend. As time goes by thier bond kept getting stronger and stronger as they discovered that they weren't so diffrent from the other. Friendship turns to something more and the two fall into a forbin love. However can they keep thier secret for others long? Can they truly be together when both sides want the other gone? Or will they be ripped apart and be forced to watch a war destroy not only the places they call home but also the love they created?
