I think you can, 'cause my character's an angel and there are proabably other people's characters race as another "magical being" as long as its not super strong (A.k.a: no special ones that can never be hurt. which is known as God-modding)
Alright, thank you, and no, I understand. My characters will be regular inhuman creatures with no ''special'' abilities that would enable them to control another. I just wanted to be sure that a mermaid would be permitted, and a winged serpent, which would no doubt draw some attention XD.
