Personality: Lazarus is cheerful, mischievous, clever, protective, unorganized, and sometimes quiet. He's also empathetic and honest, and his respect can be hard to earn.

Skill(s): Lazarus is a superb sniper, able to shoot accurately over a mile away from his targets. He's perfect for recon, great with explosives, and can also hack when necessary. He also has some skills as a mechanic, but he is much better at sabotaging things than fixing them. He serves as the main strategist for the Blessed Legion, for both his perception and intelligence.
Power(s): Lazarus, being a harpy, can fly using his wings (which resemble a red-tailed hawk). They give him a slight speed boost, and he also has very sharp daytime eyesight, as well as other heightened senses.
Weakness(es): Lazarus can't see as well at night, and he isn't good at close range combat (other than dodging, which he's great at). It's hard for him to fly in high winds, and his wings are rather vulnerable.

Bio: Lazarus grew up, as nearly all harpies do, in the isolated harpy city, The Roost. He enjoyed his life there and had a good time, but eventually grew tired of the isolation and left. He explored the country for about a year and a half, then was abducted by AICo. They imprisoned him at Armory Island and did research on him (humane research, thankfully), and in a prolonged effort to escape, he gained their trust over the course of the next two years. They allowed him to be a sniper in a guard tower, and in the process he gained many of his other skills. He could have escaped at any time, if not for the fact that his escape plan needed an accomplice or two. They eventually came in the form of Mathias and Nick, and the three of them escaped, and stole plently of equipment and information in the process.

Other: Harpies in Kunaria have wings and enhanced physical capabilities, and age differently, but in all other ways appear human.
