Hana's office is located on one of the higher levels of the barracks building. There are two entrances; the main entry consisting of double doors and which is located in the left wall from Hana's viewpoint at her desk. The other is a single archway blocked by a heavy brocade curtain. The former is the means by which most enter or leave the office. The latter leads to a much smaller set of plushly furnished rooms, including a sitting room and a bedroom. These rooms provide Hana with basic comforts on nights when she cannot leave the barracks in favor of her estate.
The front room of her office is intended to cater to her needs as a commander, specifically by actually being an assembly hall. It is designed to allow for large numbers of individuals to convene and can and has been used as an infirmary, command center, shelter, and many other plausible uses. Hana herself finds the room to be annoyingly large and often feels uncomfortable when working here. Shortly after her promotion, she doled out some pocket change to raise the floor within fifteen feet of the wall with the smaller door in order to produce a sort of platform. It is only a foot higher, but she finds it more comfortable to sit at her desk on this platform while doing paperwork or listening to reports.
Directly opposite the wall holding the main entrance is a wide, open space in the side of the building itself which is supported by thick, crimson pillars. It leads into a balcony running the length of the room from which Hana can observe the capitol. Hana will dangle her legs over the edge and smoke in the evenings.
