Patience was not a virtue Devith possessed and even playing the long game the silver found himself tiring at his rider's sudden and intense unwavering attention. She'd been this way on and off ever since she'd heard that Malvren counted among their ranks not only a female wingleader, but a crimson at that! That and while Trine was rather jam packed with people, dragons, and riders there was one thing Hekate was secure in her knowledge of.
Everyone at some point eventually came down to one of Trine's lakes. It was just a matter of time before the wingleader and her dragon came to take a dip or bask on the sand.
Hekate could be patient. . .Devith however was more intent on getting a nap as he half rolled letting out an amused snort at how His paced the sand near him. Mine come and join me. You will wear through your boots at this pace. I am sure the flits will alert us should any dragon even resembling a crimson in color was to come within their sight. Devith coaxed unfurling a wing to cast a tantalizing bit of shade hoping to lure Hekate into curling against him and allowing them both to get a well earned nap. After all ever since Devith had been kind enough to pass on what Prince had seen at the meeting the other flits were ready to raise the alarm at even a reddish brown should one land.
