Bio: Due to Jessic's family situation she was born into she had always lived on the streets making her own living. She put herself through grade to high school and was always bullied for being homeless. When Jessica turned ninteen she moved to Raccoon City in hopes of starting again and the first street performer in the city. During her time on the streets she found that fatal and acrobatics performances always got the most money for her and that the rich are the most dangerous and she learnt how to use a gun for protection. Every week she always has a new act her main performance is on a balance beam wall that is only a few inches wide that she made herself. Jessica makes her own outfits for her performances and the outfit she wears in said picture was the first outfit she made out of full material not of scraps. She secretly has a crush on one of the RPD cops but tries to hide it when she's performing.
Personality: Quiet, untrusting, understanding, but once you gain her trust she's very loving, caring, trusting, and fun
