☆Be respectful
Not everyone will feel the same way about topics as you do. This is okay, and you are all welcome to your opinions as long as they're expressed in a respectful manner. In the case of a debate, don't stoop to calling each other names. You just look stupid. In a general sense, live and let live. Hate is not welcome here.
☆Check through the forums before posting a broad topic
There may already be a topic that has the answers you are looking for. If there is something similar but does not answer your question/go in the same direction as you intend to, go ahead. Just make sure you're not spamming the forum with needless topics.
☆DON'T PROMOTE HARMFUL "TIPS"
I cannot stress this one enough. Even if you are legitimately trying to help someone, don't suggest something that it harmful. I.e, binding with ace bandages/duct tape/saran wrap/etc., getting T illegally, lying to a doctor or psychiatrist to hasten your transition. I will go into more depth with some of these topics in the future.
☆DO share tips of your own that are helpful
Made your own harness? Found a new way pack comfortably? Have some less-known passing tips? Share them with us!
☆You are not a doctor, so don't act like one
There will be a lot of medical related topics, and people are sure to have opinions on how those things should be dealt with. You're welcome to share those opinions but don't act like it's the only thing that will work, or that the person doesn't need to see a doctor because they've got information from anonymous people online.
☆ DO have fun!
I strive to make this place as laid back and comfortable as possible, so contribute and have fun.
These are all for now, but as I open more sub-forums I will add on to it.
