Cool calm and collected in battle, she has an analytical mind that watches her opponents moves and responds to them and every action quickly. She focuses on fast strikes with her sword to finish the opponent quickly. Kaoru allows smirks on her face when she does fight though, which puts on the facade of intimidating.
Outside of battle, she still keeps her cool head still, but she is wiling to be a bit more laid-back and relaxed around few people. She likes to eat sweets and read but her favorite activity is sleeping and sneaking away from practice.

Biography:
She was born to the Tesin clan and they selected her to be their avatar when their sacred item responded to her birth by glowing. Since she was 5, they started to train her so she could be the next ruler. They taught her the basis of fighting, such as sword play, archery and horse back riding. Kaoru excelled in all of this by the time she was 7. Her favorite weapon though was a japanese style sword or a Katana. She is a monster at it when she holds one so it is her main weapon. One of her friends helped her train and later became her closest friend and knight.
When she was a teen, she was trained to use daggers. At first she was a bit bored with it, since she was used to fighting head on, but she quickly learned another use-Throwing. It gave her the edge for more weapon compacity. She was also trained more in hand-to-hand combat. then came the hard part-transforming. Kaoru was unable to transform the first time but continued until she could do it when she was 14 years old. Since then, she has been looking forward to the battle and training to transform.

The scared item allows her to sense anything or anyone living near her for a long distance. She is able to sense people quite easily and determine if they are dead or not. The scared item also allows her to make people sleep for a long time as if they were dead. I only works on normal people, not other avatar users.

-Call of Anubis: AN attack that is first used to transform into the dark angel form of the egyption god of death. Her Katana changes into a Staff. With the staff, she has the ability to sent short blasts of darkness at the opponent.
-Swarm of Locusts: A swarm of locust is summoned and used o attack the opponent. They are able to weaken the enemies weapon by eating it away.
-Scale of Anubis: A golden scale appears in front of her and by placing the opponent's blood on it, she is able to create a Voodoo doll of them which she can severely damage enemies' internal organs.
-Judgement of Anubis: This is one of her strongest moves. By sacrificing some of her blood she is able to summon a cloaked figure around her body. The cloaked figure holds a scale and disappers. The opponent is either paralyzed or weakened greatly depending on how much blood she gives.
-Embalment: Bandages appear around her hand, and stretch to wrap around the opponent until they look like a mummy. This move is used of imprison people.
-Call of the dead: It allows her to summon up to 10 jackels to attack the opponent for her.
-Body Eater: A powder is thrown in the air by her, and when the powder makes contact with the skin, it starts killing the living tissue.
-Revival: Costs a lot of energy, but it heals her body wounds.
-Heiroglyphics: The egyption writing appears around her, and with that, she has the ability to summon spirits to attack the opponent or enemy.

Anubis was one of the gods of the dead. His main roles were in the cemeteries and mummification processes. It was Anubis's job to open, and escort the recently deceased to the TUAT, also known as the underworld. Occasionally higher class families would get mummified or embalmed by someone wearing an Anubis head dress to symbolize the passage to the dead. The reason some think Anubis was portrayed with a jackal head was because of the scavenging aspect of jackals. When Anubis was an adult, he accompanied Osiris on his excursion of the world. When Osiris was murdered, Anubis felt it necessary to do something special for his mentor/father. Anubis decided to help Isis and Nephthys bury him. At this time, Anubis made the choice to embalm and wrap Osiris to keep him from getting corrupted by the air. This process was forever known as funeral rights. After this day, Anubis was known as "The Lord of Mummy Wrappings." The people of Egypt thought, if it was good enough for the gods, it would be good enough for them. They also thought, if a body wasn't embalmed or mummified properly Anubis would sense this, then dig up and eat the body.
