Ok guys, so if we want to get Halloween working, we definitely need to get some things planned ahead of time

Things we need:

- Challenges
- Games
- Prizes
- Judges(?)

Anything else? Please post your ideas for these things, or if you're willing to donate something to this event! If you're willing to let one of your characters play judge, please say so as well!

Uhhh...didn't the guild already had the halloween event? Maybe Christmas is better. Just saying, I don't mind having halloween again though.

Game: A Haunted House? And since there is Off Campus forum, maybe the event should be there. A Cafe would be nice place where character can take a break. I like the halloween competition that I read from the cafeteria: wears halloween clothes and introduce yourself, or something along that lines. I don't really remember. Maybe there should be a mini contest...like cake-eating contest? Okay, this contest might not work. Hard to determine the winner.

Judge: Teachers maybe? Or the character's parent. Someone that are quite famous maybe?

The crew were the judges that time if they are unavailable maybe NPC judges? A coordinator like Fatina? A nurse Joy? as a guest judge and teachers as well.
Maybe the students could vote for the winner this time? With a rule that you can't vote for yourself. Make a poll threat for the costume contest?
The contest by the way Alexia was dress up and put on a small skit for the judges. It was quite fun and I definitely wouldn't mind it again, especially since I have two new characters ( daydreaming of costume ideas for Red and Blue )
Also one of my Oc's is into art and photography, the other two play musical instruments. They could participate that way, maybe get people to decorate before the event? Trey could take pictures for the Academy newspaper or something and the other two could choose the music.
Maybe the contest mayors could have small competitions? Put on shows? The battle mayors could have a small 3-hit-win battle? Round after round to keep things moving? Get a sign up sheet to set up entertainment for the party?
Prizes...maybe things from the poke store or items would be better or money for the school or a hm or 1 exp point for the pokemon in the party? Maybe even dratini abra and the game corner pokemon or a baby pokemon, something you can't get otherwise. Since not every one might be able to donate gaia items and it might feel unfair if only one person or two give items. They were going to do a fall festival after the Halloween party but weren't able to. Maybe we can pull it off?
I wasn't allowed to celebrate Halloween or anything related to it so sorry if my suggestions are lacking. I hope I helped a bit.
Maybe Team Darkrai could strike during the event? As a 'first showing' kind of thing?

Same to me, I never celebrated Halloween and will not for forever. But doing some research from internet did help expand my knowledge a bit. Wearing a weird costume, people will go knocking the door of people's home and ask for candy. "Trick or Treat!" Something like that. And there will be some kind of carnival come to town. Food booths, mini game booths, etc. There is haunted house too, I think. I like the idea of Team Drakai attacking, but we need to come up with the goal, a reason why they must attack on this day. Maybe a dark type legendary always shows up at this day of the year, and they want to capture it?
