Adam Viola, a fourteen-year-old freshman in high school, was raised by his father after his mother "died" when he was three. His father, Devlin, is an architechual assistant and he's often stuck at the office all day and almost all night. Still, despite this, Adam has always made dinner for both himself and his father. Many times the effort was wasted. Suddenly growing angry at the hours his father keeps, Adam attends a party he was invited to. But, waking up next to his father, mostly naked, in bed isn't really what he expected. What's more, Adam can't remember what happened!

(sorry for non fanciness)
Adam exhaled some as he got out of bed as he was panicking on the inside,He wasn't sure what had gotten down last night,Maybe his father found him at the party and crashed it who knows,He bit his lower lip and quietly went into the washroom looking for anything that happened,When he heard a large bang,He peeked his head inside of the bedroom only to see his father asleep on the floor,He came closer ''Dad,W-what happened last night?''Adam asked as he bit his lower lip,He growled some and poked his father's face gently ''Wake up you old piece of -''He stopped and frowned,He couldn't be rude to his dad..not that he was a single dad and raised him ''Daddy..just wake up please''he said as he held him close and frowned, ''Dad tell me what happened''He whispered into his dad's ear once he woke up.

 Ｄevlin Ｖiola Devlin could feel Adam get out of bed, but he didn't react. He was still asleep, after all. A few minutes later, he was jolted awake for a few short moments when he hit the floor, but his mind dismissed it and he went back to sleep. Sort of. He heard Adam talk, but ignored him. Then the poking and the whining began. After Adam whispered in his ear, his eyes jolted open and he looked at Adam, his gaze unhappy. "Maybe if you hadn't have gotten drunk, you'd remember. Lesson learned." He got off the floor and sat on the bed, wearing only his boxers like he always did when he slept. "The parents of what's-his-face crashed the party and I got a call to come get you. I don't know what happened at the party, or who you were with, but walking in and finding you wearing nothing but your underwear was disappointing." Devlin ran his hand through his hair and sighed, looking away from Adam. How the kid ended up naked was beyond Devlin, but he wasn't going to bother bringing it up. It obviously happened after they got home. He probably got up and went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.Drunk Dinosaur how about this for adam's picture? :3 and, it's fine. i'm not really that fancy either. XD just a name and a picture....that's my fanciness.

✰✪✯★✧✩╰☆╮Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼  Adam sighed some and whimpered ''I'm...sorry daddy...''He covered his face trying to hide his tears,He was having, Adam felt sick to his stomach,He wish he could of take that all back if he could ''I'm, So sorry, Just...stop being so late because I miss you a lot dad,I never get to see you ever''He yelled as tears started to stream down his face,He got up and ran out of the bedroom and into the kitchen,He collapsed onto his knee's and tried to calm down. He exhaled in and out but still, nothing happened He was still all tense and upset over himself and his dad. when his father came over,He looked down ''I know you're busy at work to feed us..I just..wish you had a day off so we can spend time together...''Adam said as his bangs covered his eyes, He got up and rubbed his eyes,He ran his fingers through his hair and looked at his dad ''I just..hate wasting food, you say and promise that you will be back around a certain time..but..you just don't end up coming and I always have dinner all ready for you..''He rested his head against his father's chest as he calmed down since he did now just tell his father how he felt about this.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola He sighed and followed Adam. He listened as the boy spoke again and hugged him. There was no way Devlin could stay angry at Adam. The boy meant too much to him. "I know, Adam. I know. And, I'm sorry that I get so hung up at work. I try to leave, but I always seem to attract more work." He stood and gently forced Adam to his feet. "Go get dressed and I'll make breakfast. I don't have to be to work today or tomorrow....Boss is on a business trip and won't be back until Monday." He smiled a bit and ruffled Adam's hair, only messing it up more. "What do you want for breakfast? Nothing too fancy....I'm not a chef." It was kind of depressing that Devlin had to rely on his son to eat, but he wouldn't let Adam best him at that. At least Devlin's pancakes were decent.Drunk Dinosaur Useless daddy is useless. emotion_awesome

✰✪✯★✧✩╰☆╮Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼  Adam sighed some ''Dad,I'll cook again,Don't worry''He said with a smile as he started to cook his dad's favorites, chocolate chip waffles and pancakes,When he was done,He placed the plate in front of his dad ''don't worry,you will make it up to me somehow''He said with a small smile until it faded,He heard the phone start to ring,He answered it ''Hello?'' Ada became upset,He than passed the phone to his dad ''It's for you..''He said trying not to show his emotions,When his dad took the phone, Adam ran into his dad's bedroom,He than plopped down onto the bed covering his face,He didn't wanna hear if his dad was gonna go to work today or not. He threw the pillow at his dad when he walked in ''Leave me alone..''He mumbled, But his father just sat on the side of the bed, Adam sat up ''what do you want,I thought you were gonna leave to go to work!!'''He shut up and frowned ''I'm sorr-''He was cut off when his dad hugged him ''e-ehh...what is it daddy?''He asked as he looked at him. Adam became excited and happy once again when he heard that his dad had took the day off asking if someone else can have his shift ''Yay! I love you daddy''He pinned his dad and down kissed him on the lips. Adam blushed a dark red as he didn't mean to kiss his father like this.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola Devlin blinked when Adam kissed him, but it was something he did on occassion when Adam was younger. So, Devlin didn't think much of it. He laughed a little and sat up. "I'm going to have to have to take cooking lessons so that I'm not so useless in the kitchen. Now, will you please put on some clothes?" He kissed Adam's forehead and stuck his tongue out at the teen. "Oh, and just because I need to try to be more responsible, I'm grounding you for underage drinking. I wouldn't have minded so much if you had just gone....The drinking got to me, though." He smiled at Adam, patting his head.Drunk Dinosaur random picture change. emotion_0A0 it's cute, though. emotion_dowant and, please try not to control my character that much....

Cedric the Seraphim ;_; I'm sorry, Please forgive me oh great one. emotion_8c , I chosen that photo because the other was..to dark like red hair,wearing dark shirt, you know and now since I had posted my first post with the photo I noticed how much that the photo looks kinda like the dad xD Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼ Adam looked at his dad slightly than groaned ''Fine''He got up and went into his bedroom,He came back slightly,well he was poking his head inside the door ''can I borrow one of your shirts?'' He took a black button up shirt that was slightly big on him,but he didn't care,He sighed some and looked away ''Hmph, Not fair why did you have to gro-''He paused when he just remembered what his dad said 'I need to try to be more responsible' Adam looked at his dad than away ''Dad, Can we go to the ice cream sh-''He stopped again,He bit his lower lip nervously ''Nevermind, I'm grounded..and I forgot..'' Adam sat down on the floor ''Dad, do you...Erhmm...Never mind''Adam smiled a bit but he looked away and his smile than faded a bit.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola Devlin looked at Adam and tilted his head. "I can take you, but you'll have to let me tell one embarrassing story about you if we do." He laughed a little, watching as Adam's smile faded. That made him kind of sad; he loved seeing Adam smile. He was so much more brighter when he smiled. Devlin stood and went over to his son. "Hey. ✰✪✯★✧✩╰☆╮Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼ Adam had growled some when his papa asked if he could tell a embarrassing story ''f-fine I will'' He looked at his dad when his dad asked him what is wrong ''it's nothing''He smiled some and got over top of his dad ''alright, an embarrassing story? well, hmm...''Adam started to think ''well,at school in 1st grade I peed myself at the end of the day when mom was gonna pick me up, uhmm..in high school I passed out in the male locker rooms, and uhmm..well...i came out wearing nothing and..they had coloured on me, so..yeah that is all i remember oh and I thought babies came from girl's butts ever since grade 7.''He chuckled nervously as his face was very red ''okay,I'm gonna go get dressed''
He quickly left and came back in wearing pants,and a white see through shirt, not like he was a girl and anyone was gonna care if they saw a bit of his chest. He took his dad's sweater he had and placed his arms in and zipped it up ''come on lazy bum''He said as he hugged his father's arm,he kissed him on the cheek ''oh and we never speak about my embarrassing stories ever!''He said as he was still embarrassed.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola Those stories were...quite embarrassing. He laughed a little as Adam returned and hugged him. He stood after recieving a kiss on his cheek from the boy. Hearing his son's words, he smirked. "But, I'm the parent. I'm supposed to embarrass you. It's part of my job." He walked out to the car with Adam, and once the boy was in and buckled up, he drove off. His cellphone rang and he looked at the ID, thankful it was a red light. Flipping it open, he clicked the talk button. "Hell~o, Principal Tanners....Yes, I'm aware that parent teacher conferences are on Wedensday. I do plan on coming....Okay. See you then~" He hung up his phone and set the phone down as the light turned green. "How have your grades been, Adam? Anything I should be warned about beforehand?"

✰✪✯★✧✩╰☆╮Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼ Adam frowned some ''I know''he said after his dad said embarrassing their child is the part of their job,He than got up and went into the car and buckled up,After a few minutes,They had stopped at a red light. Adam bit his lower lip and looked away out the window as he mind his own business.
When his papa had hung up, Adam looked at him for a quick second ''Ahh hmm, well...my...grades..well..''Adam wasn't sure of what to say,He had to progress it in his head before talking ''Well, my grades are still 100% so A++, Uhmm..but..lately..they..''Adam looked down. ''They had been going down to B's...I've been studying maybe..it's just..to much stress, due to me mostly waiting all night and day waiting for you to get home, that is why I haven't been studying much I'm...sorry''He covered his face with the sweater as he was ready to be bitched at. He bit his lower lip nervously as his heart was pounding fast, He felt them stopping,He was ready to cry, he was panicking so much.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola Listening to Adam about his grades, Devlin sighed as they came to a stop at another red light. He wasn't sure what to say to that, but he wouldn't yell at him or anything. Devlin rarely yelled, and if it was his fault for the stress Adam had been feeling, then yelling at him wouldn't help at all. "Sorry. Well, listen. I'm going to try to be home on time again. Even if I have to tell my boss I can't stay to work more, I will." He leaned over and kissed Adam's forehead again before pulling the sweater down. "I promise to try and leave on time from now on. Now, what kind of ice cream do you want?" They weren't far from the shop, and Devlin already knew he himself was going to get a large vanilla cone.

✰✪✯★✧✩╰☆╮Adam ✵✶✷✸✹✺ ✻✼ Adam sighed some as he calmed down when his papa didn't yell at him or anything, Adam nodded in understanding his father ''alright, thank you..just..I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately..and my grades are being horrible, I've been falling asleep in class lately..and well..yeah I'm sorry, I'll get back on track and I would love to have a Vanilla ice cream shake''He said with a small smile
he reached over to his dad,He than turned his head and kissed him on the lips deeply. Adam felt something over coming him as if he couldn't control himself from his father,He pulled away as his face was dark red ''S-Sorry!''He said as he looked down quickly and he had closed his eyes shut tightly.
Adam looked up slightly ''I wonder how other people would think of me if we were in public, but..than again papa, you're very young looking still,so some people might mistaken you for the age of 19 maybe 21..jeez sometimes i forget how old you are''He said with a small chuckle. Adam had a good thing planned out in his head, due to it almost being his papa's birthday, It's kinda funny they both have the same birthdays well kinda Adam was born a day before his dad's birthday but he didn't mind much about his own birthday,it was mostly about his dad ever since his mother had left them. He remembered when he was younger he would stay up waiting for his papa to come home from his old work as the candles were melted but yet still lit, and the cake had became warm instead of cold, He even remembered wearing that birthday hat and holding the bag for his dad that had his present. He didn't come until two days later after his birthday. Adam sighed some and frowned at the thought of that day.

Ｄevlin Ｖiola Devlin's eyes widened when Adam kissed him. He was stunned, and he couldn't pull away on his own. When Adam stopped and apologized, he didn't say anything. He just looked forward and drove. Adam talked about his age, and Devlin couldn't help but smile. "Ah, you say some good things~! I'm glad I still look so young to you. But, even though I look young, I'm still a thirty-two year old man." He glanced over Adam, catching the look on his son's face. What was he thinking about? Devlin parked the car outside the shop and got out, waiting for Adam before going inside. "Why don't you find us a table? I'll get our order." He ruffled Adam's hair before walking up to the counter and leaned forward on it. The cashier, who was a girl who appeared to be in college, asked what he'd like. He ordered on large vanilla cone and a medium vanilla shake. "Would that be all, sir?" The tone of the girl's voice was soft and alluring, and Devlin smirked. He stood there, waiting for his order, but also manage to flirt with the young woman before she gave him her number with his order. He put the slip of paper in his back pocket before taking the cone and the shake over to the table and sat across from Adam.
