Skills: Much like an actual wolf, Zero has many instinctive properties. Can run very fast (almost as fast as Sonic, but not quite), high strength, has amazing senses and even a "sixth sense" that helps him in battle. He uses his swift movements and retractable claws to shred up opponents in close quarters combat. At night, all of these traits get a small boost, making him an even more formidable foe.
Personality: Zero seems to be a level headed character. He normally stays calm in normal situations and keeps cool when confronted. He isn't very social, but will exchange words with those who come up to him in a friendly manner. But, in a battle, he has been known to lose control. If pushed too far, his animal-like traits show. He becomes ferocious and blood-thirsty, cutting down anyone who would dare get in his way.
Bio: Zero was raised in a small, forgotten tribe. Not many of his kind was left after years of hiding away from society. Most feared his kind due to their ferocity and animal instincts. Though no one really knew it, they were the guardians of the Dark Gaia, they themselves obviously taking in small bits of it, hence their powers and race. They swore to protect it all from anyone who sought after it.
However, one day, a large beam was shot down from the sky. This split the Earth in several pieces, letting the Dark Gaia get out and infect a lot of the world. The impact was done right on top of Zero's village, he luckily being out at the time. He couldn't find anyone who survived this catastrophe, meaning as far as he knew, he was the last of his kind. Once the world was back to normal thanks to the hero, Sonic, he found out that it was the infamous Dr. Eggman who used the cannon. Filled with rage, he promised to himself and his fallen brethren that he would avenge their death and destroying Eggman and all of his creations.
