If you want tips I can help you on 3s.
Bans: Diana, Singed, Darius, Tryndamere, Riven and Rumble.
In treeline a team of slows are better then stuns. Shyvana, Yorick, Lee Sin and Wukong are really strong in 3's. Counter picking is very important in 3's so you should look up who counters who.

Turtling is very effective in 3s. I have won a game where the enemy had gotten every dragon and pushed us into our base by 20 mins and still won. When people steam roll they get impatient its a proven pattern. When I say long time I mean 40+

He is right, in 3's you should not push down the inhib unless you are ready to win because then they get to free farm in base and it is verrryyyy easy to turtle...
