Descriptive Markings: She is always wearing a set of purple Tulip shaped earrings. She happen to be lucky enough to cross over with them, but can't seem to remember where she got them.
Her shihakusho is in the form of a geisha's yukata, being made of pure silk, the fabric glistens with even the slightest hint of light. The kosode has really large sleeves that are capable of hiding very large objects inside of them, though she never keeps anything in them herself. Her obi wraps in the back, making the traditional look of the geisha authentic. Her hakama wraps around her legs perfectly, offering such a snug fit, it's a wonder how she's able to move so freely within it. The white tabi socks and sandals are of the traditional Shihakushou.
Personality: Being really tough on the job, she makes it seem like she's not interested in the least bit in making friends, to any who meet her on duty, since her main concern is to allow her allies to learn while keeping them safe. She does this, because it was how she was taught to deal with subordinates by her mentor, Soi-Fon. Her demeanor doesn't change for anything job related, making her seem like a hard case, and also giving her the reputation of cold heart, for keeping them strictly on the mission they are working on.
Whenever she can manage to find time for herself though, she likes to visit her family, and try to mingle with the public like a regular person would. Her personality takes a complete one-eighty, allowing her to try for friends, if she lucky enough to have anyone come near her, after being known within the ranks of the Shinigami. She is often saddened by the people's impression of her, when she is off duty, since her wish is just to protect them.
Character Strengths:
-Due to her valiant effort in the academy, she was placed in the advanced classes, training herself diligently, to become an instinctive Shinigami. This was something that she happened to make a habit out of since she found the one weakness in her reiatsu.
-Having the most decisive actions as possible, she seems unfaltering, thinking out every possible situation. Learning this from her mentor as well, she came to learn that hesitation tends to get you killed much faster than a mistake in action.
-She makes it a habit to study everything she can, about every outcome possible, when she finds out about an assignment. This has been a habit of hers, since she was able to read, taking to books, like a cow making milk.
-With heavy training, she is capable of reacting to even the quickest of movements, allowing her to at least roll with an attack, to keep it from dealing out maximum damage. She would exhaust herself, but wouldn't let either herself or her partner quit, until neither were able to hold their blades anymore.
Character Weaknesses:
-She is often lost, with terms outside of what text books would usually say, since she didn't spend much time listening to conversation, but rather kept her nose in a book most of the time.
-She is incapable of using any Kido, do to an irregularity in her reiryoku, only causing a catastrophic event with even the simplest of spells. This was found out during examinations, when she had attempted to use Shou, only to be slowly over taken by her own reiatsu, as it started to tear away at her flesh. Anyone with at least fifty feet would also start to feel the effects, as the instructors ended up finding a solution to the problem, by knocking her unconscious, and putting her mind at ease.
Likes: She likes to stay on task, when she is on a mission, often giving some kind of gratification, if everything runs smoothly.
-She enjoys her time with, O-Ruoanashingu, feeling that she is the closest thing to a friend that she could have. She also like to think of her sometimes, as a pet, since her animal shape is that of a bird.
-She enjoys the company of others, since she barely has the time to mingle, allowing herself to become immersed in enriching conversation, that she could later learn from, knowing that she has a lot to catch up on.
Dislikes: She doesn't like to see people slacking off, on the job, knowing that there could be someone in need of help somewhere. She has found that lazy tend to get people hurt most of the time, since it often causes the senses to dull.
-She can't stand to see people in self loathing, since she knows that everyone can be useful for something, gaining the experience first hand. These were her thoughts when she was having trouble with her reiatsu.
Favorite Food: She adores any form of noodle that you can cook. She feels that it is best when served with a piping hot cup of green or black tea.
Zanpakuto Name: O-Ruoanashingu(All or Nothing)
Sealed Description: []When her blade is sealed, it takes on the appearance of a regular katana, with a purple wrapping, and four ornate wings, looking to be a hilt guard.
Spirit Form Description: The sealed form of, O-Ruoanashingu, comes in the form of a powder blue turtle dove, with two sets of wings. She is a very caring spirit, and is not afraid to show it, as she is always offering to protect, Kawashii, from harm, no matter the cost to her own being.
Shi-Kai: When she calls out the phrase, "Risai, (Suffering of a calamity), O-Ruoanashingu," her blade will become enveloped in a billowing white shroud of feather, that completely covers it as the form appears to double in size, as her hilt, takes on a five foot wire chain, with a heart crest, baring a peace sign within the middle. When the feathers disperse, the form takes on the colors of a powder blue blade, with a red edge.
-Ability #1. Nagasu(Draining): When she wills the ability the red edge will start to glow, as the ability itself causes the blade to phase through everything, absorbing and disrupting the flow of the reiryoku of her opponent. The energy captured in this manner, is stored in the blade. The ability name can also be called out for an even greater effect.
-Ability #2. Reiki(Healing Method): The energy absorbed into the blade, is transfered to, Kawashii, when she needs to be healed of immobilizing, or life threatening wounds.
Ban-Kai: When calling out the phrase, "Bakkei Burredo, (Split Form Blade) O-Ruoanashingu," a short burst of massive reiatsu will spring forth, tearing apart her kasode, leaving only the bandages underneath to cover her, while a pair of white noble arm sleeves appear over her arms, with the same tulip shape on the back of the hands as her earrings. no changes take part in the blade until she start to take to battle with it.
-Ability #1. Bakkei Burredo: Whenever she wills the ability, she is capable of calling forth blades of just about any shape or size, as long as it shares the same design, as her own. All of the blades are capable of using the full extent of the Shikai abilities.
-Ability #2. Mondaikaiketsu (Problem Solving): Upon the release of her Bankai, she no longer has to deal with the debuffing effect of her reiryoku buffing, when it wears off, leaving her to fight to her full potential and more, at all times.
-Ability #3. Sakkiru Appu (Skill Up): When she calls out the name of this technique, anyone other than herself, holding one of the blades she has formed, gain a temporary knowledge to the inner workings of, O-Ruoanashingu, capable of using her Shikai abilities.
Kido:
Bakudou: She is incapable of casting these, but she knows every incantation, in case someone attempts to use it on her. She has studied the incantations, to learn how to thwart the process.
Hado: She can tell what spells are being cast at her, due to her intense studying, but is unable to cast them herself.
Path Specialty: She prefers Hado, since Bakudo tend to leave her feeling drained.
Abilities/Special Training:
-Her Zanjutsu abilities are uncanny, as she makes it a habit to keep up appearances with, O-Ruoanashingu, taking to her teachings, nearly effortlessly. Though, O-Ruoanashingu, was easily befriended, her abilities would prove hard to master, as she was only able to coach, since the abilities themselves were only able to be tested upon one another. This would prove fatiguing within a matter of minutes, leaving very little training to actually be accomplished.
-With Hakuda, she is unrivaled, having both quick hands as well as an extremely flexible body. With her extensive knowledge of basic medical training, due to her thinking that she was going to have to take up the Fourth Squad, in the beginning of her academy days, she knows how to pin point weak spots in the nervous system. her flexibility also allows her to take offensive action, if she is only partially pinned down.
-Houhou seems little more than child's play to her, having mastered every aspect of it, while under her mentors tutelage. The compliment that came with her natural ability to perform the act of shunpo, caused her to train extensively in this art as well, being able to call upon it, when it was most needed. Practicing under situations of extreme stress, she came to find that it was nearly as easy as a thought for her.
-She is capable of taking on enhanced strength, speed, durability, and/or senses, in one or many libs, with a specialty in her reiryoku, similar to Shunko, though it offers her side effects, of an opposite debuffing, once the effect wears off, for the same amount of time that she had used it.
-Her inability to withstand Bakudo, is a marvel in itself, as it drains away at her reiryoku, possibly capable of draining her dry if left alone. Though it was never confirmed, no one had decided to take the chance, knowing that a complete depletion of her energy would kill her.
-She is incapable of expelling any reiatsu at all, leaving her fight in terms of skill, and never able to intimidate them through her sheer power. This was something that was discovered as well, upon her arrival to the academy, that made her think she was going to be a low rank for the rest of her days.
Biography:
Soul Society Start
When she was a small child, she died in a car accident, with her parents. She didn't have any trouble with finding her way to the docking station, because a shinigami happened upon her, to help her on her way to the after life, making it simple for her to get through to the Rukongai. Almost immediately adopted by a family in the second district, she had no trouble fitting in with the large family that came with the parental figures. Learning to do household chores, as she got older, she had found to have many talents within the favored workings of her family. Having a rivalry with the entire family only encouraged her to become better with everything, studying everything she could on each subject. She had eventually found her own special talent for retaining knowledge, using it to her advantage, so that she would be well aware of the things that her family would do.
Growing strongly attached to the family, in the years she was living with them, she was afraid to let them know that she wanted to look for the family that she had in life, barely having a hint of who they were. When she was old enough to go out on her own, she decided to try and find her parents, thinking that she could just look for someone with similar features to hers. She set out on her adventure, searching throughout the Rukongai areas, asking everyone she came into contact with. Not finding any kind of clues about them, she eventually found herself losing consciousness, due to hunger and fatigue.
Being found by two Shinigami, they thought her to have a great deal of reiatsu, after helping her get back on her feet. Upon getting her home, they suggested that she go for the academy, because it seemed that she would do well. Her family seemed to be for it, and encouraged her to go for it. Taking their words to heart, she had no trouble with getting into the academy, since she seemed like such a natural.
Shinigami Academy
After the first day, she was placed in the advanced classes, for Houhou, Hakuda, and Zanjutsu. She wasn't aloud to attend the kidou classes since her irregularity in her reiatsu made her a hazard, to herself and everyone around her. She ended up in the infirmary for three days, with torn flesh all along her arm, and the left side of her torso. The reiryoku used to form the simplest of spells instead tried to consume her, causing her agonizing pain. Her reiatsu expelled itself forcefully, causing a torrent of energy to shoot forth from the areas of her body. As she screamed in pain, the instructors had no real idea as of what to do, so they tried to knock her out, so that her mind would at least be at peace when she went. This however worked at resolving the energy backup, stopping the trailing of the torn flesh. The thrill of the magic still enthralled her senses though, since she was encouraged with learning. She offered assistance with the memorization of the incantations, so that she could still see them first hand. With her tutoring, she helped many of the students keep up with her, in the classes, In a spar, she found that an adverse affect came with the use of bakudou on her. In addition to paralyzing her movements, it forcibly removed her reiryoku, making her weaker by the moment. With a couple of weeks gone into her training, her power seemed to be increasing rapidly, and there were no longer any students that would be willing to partner up with her. The instructor offered to assist her, feeling confident that she wouldn't be able to best them, since they couldn't feel her reiatsu. This however came as another surprise to them, finding that her power was only dormant, until she willed it into her body, only showing glowing among the limbs that she harnessed this energy into. Still unable to feel any outward presence of this power, the instructors had to find a way for her to keep the power under control for her peer's sake. Having her hooked up to various machines, they tested her stress patterns, in which they found that she was heavily frustrated when the power seemed to come into play. The Twelfth Squad had their work cut out for them, as they worked around the clock, for the next two months, to finally develop a bandage looking cloth, that released the required amount of endorphins into her system to keep her ability from flaring up. Gradually mastering this new power, she found that forcing it out through sheer will would cause a polar opposite affect on the limb that she used it on. With another two months of training, with the bandage, she gradually weened herself from the need of it, lowering the fatigue of the abilities after affect to about the same amount of time that she had used it. Since then there hadn't been much to worry about, aside from the kidou problem. Her power looked to be under control, though they still couldn't feel her reiatsu.

Excited to her start, she accepted orders given, only expressing concerns that she felt to be over her level. Unafraid to ask for assistance, she was also willing to offer her skills to those who might need them. As she learned to stay her powers, until dire situations, she quickly brought herself up in rank. The Soul Society could see that she could possibly, in time, turn the tides of the conflicts.

Roleplay Example:
"Thank you for your help, Eiji, but I don't think that you following me is going to get this Hollow out in the open," she said, rather coldly, though not intentionally being disrespectful.
Having just recently achieved her Bankai, at the cost of the previous Captain's life, she was still a bit shaken up, and unable to bring herself forward about it. The frustration in her eyes began to show a hint of sadness, as she would give anything for the events that had transpired, before her promotion, to never have happened.
"I must be going now," she said, taking off, as she felt a meager reiatsu, that was with a plus, seeming like it was only being chased down for fun.
This Hollow looked to be in a lizard like body, with a rodent looking mask, as it could be heard laughing as it stalked it's prey, fully out in the open. The erupting damage had all of the living in an uproar, as the ground around them, and even some of the people themselves were crushed in the display of terror. Kawashii, did not hesitate, as she disappeared in a senka, barely visible, as the Hollow's mask was quartered, without a trace of where the cuts had started or ended. With, her reappearance, her blade was already sheathed, back in it's scabbard, as if she had never drawn to begin with, watching the Hollow evaporate into it's purification, while she stood over the plus.
"You should have crossed over already," she explained to the young woman's spirit, who was still shaken over the attack, as she smiled softly, trying to put the spirit at ease. Slowly drawing out, O-Ruoanashingu, she continued with, "It's not scary, where you're going, so don't worry. You'll be making many friends in no time."
With a tap from the pommel of her Zanpakutou, in a magnificent light, she had sent the young woman away, carried by a Jigo-kucho.
