History:
He started out as a simple dog in China last and wondering around lost in China separated from his family. He was barley able to survive as a child..no food...no family..no place to go. He would often be stuck in the rain, abused, and nearly killed by horrible children. His life as a puppy was nothing but misery and pain. He had lost hope several times only managing to continue on due to him creating a second persona. A noble dog with a loving master. He was mighty and courageous, the strongest there was and despite it being a dream that could easily be taken from him it kept him going. Life threw many trials at him seemingly trying to murder him but he faced them and moved on the best he could however when he turned 4 he began to lose hope. He was prepared to give up but that was when he meet her.
A kitten living on her own but only by choice. She saved his life when he wandered absentmindedly into the street and about about to be hit by a car. The cat cast a spell on him turning him into a human. The dog was very confused for a long time until the cat appeared again explaining to him about what he was and helping him hone his powers. Once it was all done he traveled the world and spend many years in Alaska to get a better use of his abilities. The cat appeared one last time and told him of the academy shortly before passing away but leaving behind her daughter. He came to the academy with a rather large dreams and plans to achieve it no matter what.

Users of this powers are able to manipulate and lower temperature to the point where precipitation begins to freeze, and crystallize, thus becoming snow. Users are capable of ranging their abilities from small flurries, to powerful storms to devastating blizzards capable of destroying everything in the affected area.
Nature Unification:
The user can become one with nature/Mother Nature, their soul/spirit sensing a great deal of peace and content. Animals will be less aggressive or even lose their aggressiveness against the user altogether. The user can sense and feel the living creatures and possibly their emotions from the entire world. They will also empathize with plants as well, knowing when to water them and when to plant them. They can also make plants grow/regrow/regenerate when damaged. Once unified, the user can control nature and all of it's aspects: elements, environment, animals. They can become the elements themselves and use them to fight.
