Bio: Skylar was raised in a community that was corrupted by evil and chaos. He learned his ways from the influence of the surrounds around him. There was no light, no hope of being free from the chaos and destruction from where he came from. He was then adopted by these members who were affiliated with Team Darkrai. They raised him and trained to be a criminal genius. They put in a good word for him to be in Team Darkrai and he has now earned himself the title as the leader of the Shadow Division.
Personality: Can be dark and demented-like at times, but is not completely evil. He sometimes listens to logic and or reason. He does have a criminal mind, cold-hearted, shows no effection whatsoever but the occasional smirk/grin/evil smile.
