Victoria seems to have split personalities. She's nearly a sociopath, and is sadistic and manipulative. She likes to observe people. Stare and study them until she finds out what they're hiding. She doesn't believe in love, and stands by her belief that all people are just animals, and they mask the instincts that they are ruled by as 'emotions'. Many of her emotions are numbed, and certain ones are non-existant. She is cold and calculating, and blunt with most people.
However, she has a soft side for Piper. Underneath her tough exterior, she is what she dubs 'A total nerd' and is very naive and childlike. Her voice and the way she talks reflects which persona she is operating under, The sadistic side's voice seeming older and having a slight english accent, and the other having more of a southern accent that is only really noticable when she's embarassed or not paying attention.
What little emotions she does feel are hidden underneath a mask of indifference. She almost never gets truly angry, but when she does, she totally snaps. The last time this happened, it did not end anywhere near well. She will be a flirt to guage people's reaction, but only with girls. She can be homicidal and doesn't bother blocking out her hunger. She will use people to obtain the reactions she wants.

History:
The only child of a rich couple. Her Parents were cold and married for solely political reasons. Her parents were never around, but when they were, they were convinced their so-called 'Child Prodigy' was only a disappointment. Raised under the idea that children were to be seen, not heard, she was seen by her parent's 'customers' and other guests to be a quiet and perfect child. Underneath the mask that her parents had forced upon her, she was cold and calculating, with an insatiable curiousity in humans and anatomy. A mysterious house fire consumed her parent's mansion and all the residents inside while she was playing in the forest that surrounded her home.
She inherited her family's fortune and began living in a replica of her childhood home, seemingly a recluse. Boredom overtaking her, she began searching for some form of entertainment. Finding an entire academy devoted to strange teenagers, she could not resist requesting to attend, with her own motives.
