Well, my old [leather] shoes are falling apart and I need to replace them within the next two weeks (before they fall apart completely).
Can anyone help me with finding vegetarian/vegan shoes? I have about $40 to spend, but I can go as high as $60 (hey, I'm cheap). I'm not interested in hemp. I tried looking in stores but it seems that all of the shoes I like are leather!
If anyone can help that would be awesome.

Converse Sneakers are vegan and a lot footwear stores carry them. They cost around the 30 dollar range. I like them, I wear them. I've heard of some people suggest Payless shoes, I hear they have reliable vegan footwear there (that isn't hemp). There is also a only vegan store called www.veganessentials.com They have hemp footwear but also some non-hemp footwear. The price range varies depending on what you are looking for. They have nice clothing though, I have a couple of T-shirts from there.
