emotion_bigvein Welcome. I'm too lazy to make this official, so don't expect the thread to be pretty and detailed.
Here are some simple rules:
Play nice, don't whine, follow the TOS, keep me happy. If you annoy me I'll find someone to boot you.

The prices are...
30k for Cheebs
40k for Full bodies
50k for Couples
Special Requests are to be discussed (group pics, backgrounds, stuff i'm not used to drawing, etc.)
*linearts will be priced cheaper, but you'll have to ask me for a price first*
ALL pictures will be colored and drawn with a SIMPLE, random background, unless you specify otherwise.
I'm also willing to haggle, meaning *ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE*

emotion_bigvein PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT...
- These are traditional art works, so I may not get the EXACT color of certain things, but I'll probably get really close.
- I draw these avi's/OC's AS I SEE THEM; if I missed or changed something, it's because I didn't see it.
- Since school started and since I hand color these, they'll probably take a bit longer to finish.
- You can ask for your picture's progress at any time; I'll send you a quick phone picture of the drawing's current status
(If it's still in sketch mode, you'll have the opportunity to change anything you're not happy with)
- I'm also willing to be hired for coloring other pictures.
(This means that if you purchased a lineart or sketch from someone else, I'd be happy to just do the coloring for that piece.)
I have no price on this service yet, but I'm sure we can work something out.
- I'm terrible at drawing from descriptions; I'll try, but I'd prefer SOME kind of reference to go along with your description
If not, I'm probably going to request working on the picture with you. (Inquire for more details on this.)
- This is my first art shop, so forgive me if things aren't organized and efficient.
- You're encouraged to be a bit nit-picky (I want you to be happy because I want a good reputation.)

Yes, but I'm not that confident with it.
I can't do realistic, though, if that's what you're asking for. If I drew from a photo, it'd be turned into my anime-ish style.
