Twilight was laying on a couch in the library, reading a book as usual, taking notes on whatever she happened to be studying at the time. she would occasionally look up and crack her neck and then go back to reading.

A young mare slowly walked in, as the sound of a soft bell rang with the door. Picturesque squeaked softly looking around the room and saw the reading unicorn, jumping from fright.

Twilight notices the nervousness of the pony before her and sighs theres no need to be shy, come i have plenty of books on painting! oh do you paint portraits?

Jack rides the wind happily into the town, laughing as he hits the road and starts to slide about frosting everything over. When he sees the fountain he gets a huge smile on his face and leaps to the top of it freezing it over completely preserving the plums of water. His sites then go to the library and he trots over to the over-sized tree and starts to gallop around it slowly rising up on the wind to frost it evenly.

Twilight hears the commontion and opens the door and looks outside whats going on out here? were did all this sno WHOA! she trips and slides and slides over the ice, about to fall over

Jack hears her cries and turns on a dime, Easy there! He catches her and sets her down so all four hooves rest evenly on the slippery ground, Ya can't just walk out onto ice like that. You okay? He smiles trying to get around the fact that if it wasn't for him she wouldn't have slipped...

It's not a problem, He lands by her, It's nice to see this old tree got some use out of her... He looks fondly at his old home and back out a little sad that the lake was filled in for the road, So she's a library now?
