The FAQ of Roleplaying the Gods !
❖ " How many gods are we allowed to play? "
- ↪ A member is allowed to play as many gods as they like, so long as the Captain approves of each one. Though really, I think it's a given that I won't allow you to play ten.
❖ " Can I change around my god's background? I promise, it'll be the most badass piece of-- "
- ↪ Nope. Stick to the god's Roman mythological background, but you can add things to it. Just don't change it because I'm a big stickler for this kind of shiz.
❖ " I'm not sure if this model is okay. What do I do? "
- ↪ PM me. Seriously, I don't bite...much.
❖ " Do we have to use the guild skeleton? Can we use our own? "
- ↪ No, you do not have to use the guild profile skeleton. If you choose to make your own though, you must include the all of the information required, which can be found here.
❖ " I've applied for a god, but I was denied, but I still really want to play him/her. What can I do? "
- ↪ If you have been denied to play a god or goddess, there's no harm in applying again. I will give you a reason if you have been denied - usually regarding literacy or activity - and if you think you have improved since then, feel free to send me another PM with more samples. However, you cannot reserve a god or goddess to play, so I cannot guarantee that they will still be available when you apply again.
❖ " I'm not sure if the god or goddess I want to play is still available. Where do I look to find out? "
- ↪ If you'd like to know which of the gods or goddesses are still available, the ones taken will be listed here.
❖ " I currently play a god or goddess, but I would like to drop them because [reason goes here]. Am I even allowed to do that? "
- ↪ Yes you are! If you don't wish to play a god or goddess any longer (not sure why you'd do that, but there's always a weirdo in every bunch) then PM the Captain stating why. Your profile will be deleted and the role will be available once more.
❖ " I need help with finding a model, finding a name, etc. What do I do? "
- ↪ Go here to find useful links for creating your character. I've used them all myself more than once and have found them all very helpful.
❖ " Okay, so I've scrolled through the entire FAQ but my question isn't listed. Do I post it here or what? "
- ↪ For the sake of organization and neatness, I'm going to ask you to post any questions here where the Crew will be happy to answer to the best of their ability. The FAQs posted around the guild will be updated accordingly.
