This corridor leads to the girl's dormitories. There are seven rooms in total, one for each year. Once placed, the year will remain in the same room while at Hogwarts. First years will replace the seventh year rooms. Each room is long, with intricately carved four poster beds, draped with green silk. Beside the beds are a wardrobe and nightstand, all similarly carved from dark wood. At the foot, sit the student's trunks.
There is an enchantment on the girl's tunnel. If a boy attempts to enter, a wall with raise from the ceiling in front of him, then push him backward, back into the common room. And girls, it is not recommended to enter other dormitories without permission, though they are all easily accessible to you.
